Hi, I'm an new subscriber I'm on crutches I have been on them a little over a year I have to get a hip replacement I'm 45 years of age I was told by the doctors that they wanted me to wait till I'm close to 50 to have the operation done I'm going to see a doctor on the 27th of this month to have the operation I'm tired of being on crutches I can no longer stand or walk without crutches I have gained a lot of weight in my midsection and I also have PCOS I was wondering if there's any exercise for sitting that can help my midsection if you do have any can you please share them with me thank you and you're an amazing person taking out your time to sit and show us some workouts because I will start on them tomorrow God bless you thank you

Well first dude, I'm LOVING all of your chair workout, i have a bad back. But hey! Can you show some chair exercises that can get rid of my darn love handles. The bad girls just keep taunting me telling me they will be glued to my side forever, and ain't going no where. Who are they to keep telling me I better not try to get rid of them or else☺... Shhh! But I have a secret master plan of attack, and its you. You're the magical dude that's going to help me kick those show offs to the curb, tell them to bounce! Yep! I'm just waiting to yell at them..."GET OFF ME YOU PAIN IN THE NECK PUDGIES, AND DON'T COME BACK!!" So Mr Green dude, do you see my dilemma? It's a nightmare! So will you do a love handle chair workout video? I really need Mr. Muscle to step up to the plate only he can keep these pain in the neck show offs permanently off my sides. Oh wait! I forgot Mr Muscle keeps thinking he's on retirement😂! Oh I got it! I'll just give him a cookie, but only once they're gone. It would be his reward for a job well done!

When you kept going for the finisher talking maybe 30 maybe 40 maybe 50😢 then you stopped at 70 I was mad I kept going then I stopped because you did! I would kept going to 100 crying 😢😢. I love your workouts! When I go back to the gym I’m still tuning in!!!! I don’t coach senior citizens😅😅😅screaming your crazy! Glad I did this on a Friday weekend recovery!!!! Arms on 🔥
