I’m 55 years old, I’m 270 lbs, have diabetes and high blood pressure, I’m tired of being sick and tired! I started doing his exercises on march 2nd , I do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night, so far I’ve lost 5 lbs and I’m hoping to loose at least 5 more by the end of the month.
Can you tell me if you have stuck to the exercises since you posted this comment??
I know it’s so hard to stick to a routine and I’m hoping to stick to it because I’m hoping to loose 20 lbs by summer and GOD willing 50 lbs by the end of the year!! I see people posting that they started exercising but I would love to hear their results or if they kept doing the routine, please let me know
@@rocdeca77 That's great! Keep going 😊With a combination of (or rather trying to) change eating habits plus these exercises, I've lost about 55lbs over the last 2.5 years. I've been really slipping with eating 😬 However, I have stuck with Donnovan Green. There have been a couple of weeks here and there that I haven't done it. My sister moved in with me and she does it too. She's the opposite of me, she's only 55lbs, but she is starting to feel the effects of inheriting our parents' rickety old bones! We love these exercises so much, we have taken the paid membership. I do absolutely think it's worth it. Keep going, let's shift our middle aged butt's and guts together! 💫 🪑 🤸♂️🪑🤸♀️😍💫

The best chair ab workout ever! Love your videos. I get more workouts from your chair than my doing standing. I believe it’s because my abs are more engaged. Chair workouts forces your abs to engaged with using your legs. Love it. Keep up the great work

Just wanted to thank you for your videos! We use them at church int he fellowship hall on Saturday mornings twice a month. We have a big screen we use so that everyone can see! Ages 55 and up and anyone under that like me exercise and fellowship together!! We did this one today, followed by your daily stretches workout!! Thank you again!

Hi I fell down the stairs four weeks ago and broke a bone in my foot ,until then even though I am 72 I was doing seven classes a week over five days. at the gym. I was devastated I can not work out. I came across your workouts on line. I have subscribed to say thank you . I think you are awesome !!!! . committed to always doing some of your workouts even when my foot is out of the cast and my knee has healed.
I work security and ita very sedentary, I get to walk around the buildings when I can but still do a lot of sitting. This is so perfect for me. Thank you. I don't care how my coworkers look at me. I'm getting paid to get fit💪🏾💪🏾

I recently found your videos like end of last year because I broke my ankle April of last year. I will always recommend your channel to everyone because you’ve helped me tremendously! I’ve lost over 100 pounds since last year literally . All with a broken ankle that since isn’t fully healed to this day, in quarantine and at home- No gym! 🙌🏾
YESSS another amazing and intense workout on a chair. I am seriously shook by these; I never thought I could get a good muscle burn or break a sweat during a chair workout. I modified some of these since I have a groin pull, but never let me heart rate lower so I kept moving and FAST. Thanks, Donovan! Once my toe injury heals, I'll be stoked to run again, but I am definitely keeping your chair workouts as part of my routine. They are BOMB!

Amazing video, I have an auto immune disorder that mainly affects my left leg and had become disheartened, gained so much weight because I am steroids and it is even painful to stand let alone walk. I came across these videos yesterday and did 2 10 minutes, today I uped it abit more and am so excited to have an alternative method to hopefully loose weight and stay fit. Thank you very much.
