Mr Greene, you have removed all my excuses for not exercising. Mind you, I hate exercising. I hate standing and jumping around. You made it so I can sit on my lazy @$$ with no jumping. I hate spending time exercising. You have it down to 10 minutes. I can not think of an excuse not to find time minutes. Your videos are so encouraging that I have begun looking forward to doing them. You may actually change my opinion about exercise. Lol!

This is my 3rd day and I wasn't able to keep up with all the reps, but my heart rate was up and I was sweating! I felt the burn! Ready to kick this pre-diabetes to the curb!

Great Ab workout!! Sweating began within the first couple of minutes... heart rate up quickly as well. I started with a 3 lb weight, but switched to a hand towel...Lol 😄😄... couldn't get under my legs fast enough with the weight.....Just as effective...just keep doing the moves and squeezing your muscles. TRY IT!! Love you Donovan. Peace! ☺️💯❤️🙏

I’ve been working out more to lose weight then I injured my knee. I thought “oh great. I’m going to right back where I started” I searched CZcams thinking it’s got to be something else I can do. Found some other chair workout. But they are not as good as this dude. Really motivates you to push. And yes I thought “I’m sitting how hard could it be” then I did this work and I sweated through my T-shirt. He is legit

I don't have a medicinal ball - maybe I should get one or better yet several, all different weights. I did this with a 1 lb peanut butter tub :)

Hi… and thank you! I got a huge cramp in my a abs when I got to the combo. I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy in 2017. Should I not do something else or just slow down?
Your abs may just be weak. Do what you can and rest when you need to, then start back in. Your strength will improve. That said, always a good idea to check with your doctor.

I gained 50 pounds in one year after moving back to NC from Altanta. My back went out and my knee. I was diagnosed with arthritis in both areas and my weight located above the waist was too much. I decided to look for workouts I could do sitting until I could get to a point where I could do a workout without further injury. I found Donovan Greens workouts and thus far I am seeing results. I’ve been working out for a little under two weeks and I feel better, I sleep better, my mood is getting better and I am less stressed. I am grateful! 🤍
