Hey Donovan I wish I had seen your videos when you were doing them , but I will say one thing just doing the old videos have been excellent. I never believed in melting the fat but I do now . I do have spinal stenosis and it has really helped with the weight loss Thanks so much May /2024

Thank you, I had ankle surgery and these exercises really help me. Before the injury I did 2-3 Zumba sessions, 1 barre class, and 1 piyo class a week. With your classes, I don’t need to be sidelined.
thank you for the different workouts…. i have to have knee surgery and the workouts my body is accustomed to i can’t do anymore… i had twins 2020 and it’s been hard to get a workout routine where my knee isn’t hurting…. please keep them coming

Hi,I am 64 years old and the last time I hit a gymnasium was more than 25 years ago, I started working out with you less than a week ago, today yo almost make me cry, because I work out at my job in a towing company on the night shift and the only dumbbell we have here are 2 of 10lbs each, but I did it,the sense of accomplishment that I have today never had it in my whole life, it burns ? Yes, like hell !!!! It hurts? Absolutely but even tho my body is still shaking I feel great, thank you so very much and I promise that as soon as I can I will commit to help you on your website ! Again thank you so very much for making me feel a lot better and for helping me fight for my health .

Your chair workouts are amazing! I have a foot ulcer infection as well as a bone tumor in my knee, I was so disappointed I am not able to use a treadmill right now, for quite some time. These workouts are my life saver!! I workout daily, it's not just good for looking good, feeling good and health, it's also good for my sanity since I have had to change things at this time. I am so grateful for you and the workouts, I have completed I believe every one of them and I do them throughout my day.. good thing I work from home!! LOL. Thank you so much, I may never want to jump on a treadmill again! You inspire and motivate me!!
