    Today's chair workout is all about consistent movement with no rest breaks for a total of 10 minutes. We transition from one move to the next every 30 seconds. This routine will challenge you in ways you never thought possible. I am going to push you to break FREE from those EXCUSES and grasp greatness.
    Chair workouts are believed to be for the old or crippled. But I'm here to prove that 100% incorrect. You will feel your shoulders, legs, stomach, and many other parts of your body being worked.
    Chair workouts are excellent if you find yourself short on time, have an injury that prevents you from doing certain things, and are very useful if you're sitting down all day.

      I totally agree with you. I have MS and this is such a huge help to have modified versions. I really enjoy the one for heavy legs with green tee on. I like how he always emphasizes no excuses and it feels like he's right in front of you with the motivational pep talks about our form😊

    Hi Donovan! My name is Kim and this is the first day of the rest of my life. You see, I am 54 years old and weigh 460lbs. My BMI is 72.3. I have been battling morbid obesity for most of my adult life. I finally, after 10 years of arguing with my doctor, agreed to gastric surgery....only to find out that my insurance will only cover it if I have a BMI over 45 (check) and a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. I do NOT have diabetes so they will not cover the surgery. I took the news as God wants me to do this without surgery and today was day 1. I was only able to make it through half of this workout but my goal is to do a little more every day. I'm glad I found you!!

      You will do this Kim.. I too am severely overweight.. My knee has swollen up so bad it's hard to walk. Today is day one for me too... I have high blood pressure and my back hurts.. Here's to the beginning of the rest of very long healthy lives for us both ❤️

      We got this ladies!!!! Im 38 and am bow tipping 400lbs😭 since covid….it’s sooo hard to move I cannot believe how much last 50 lbs I gained has restricted my life… I have been approved for the surgery but I have to lose 10% to get there, together we can do it… it’s so lovely I feel so absolutely beaten… but I have an amazing 10yr old boy who I want to watch grow up so I have to succeed!!!!!

    OMG, I just did this and can't believe how I was sweating and felt the burn. The assumption is that because your sitting down, it won't be much of a work out. Not true at all. I will be making this apart of my regimen for sure. There is no excuse not to. Thanks Donavan!

    Thank youuuuuuuuu so much!! I am so happy I found your channel. I am 38 yrs old and I am 391 pounds. I am also a single momma of 3. I was diagnosed with 2 types of lupus, fibromyalgia, type 2 diabetes , endometriosis, a pulmonary embolism and now pulmonary hypertension. The doctors say I can lose the weight because all the steroids and medications I am on. They said I might die early. Well I am here to prove them wrong!! I will live and I will lose this weight. I will be around to see my children grow up and live their lives!!

    Okay... I'm 59 (60 in 3 months) and I need to lose some weight and try to get some kind of muscle tone before we head to Europe for a month in June. I am surprised that 1) you actually get a workout from stitting in a chair 2) the ten minutes went pretty quickly 3) I'm breathing hard, but I think I might be able to do this. I will keep you posted as to how this next month goes. I will commit to doing this 10 minute work out every day for the next 30 days. Wish me luck and prayers!!

    I’m 80 and I’ve tried everything in a workout, you name it! This 10 minute chair is perfect. I can do it! I started last Friday morning. I planned on doing it again in the afternoon but got halfway through. Today is Tuesday and I feel so good after my chair workout. Listen to your body. I’m thinking a walk with my dog later on today.     Cancer patient here recovering from surgery of metal rod inserted in my femur to keep the bone from breaking since it's eaten away by cancer. Needed to get moving so my lymph nodes stop hurting and these videos are just the ticket!     Donovan, this is unbelievable. I can’t believe the workout! I’m so out of shape due to an autoimmune disease and a long hospitalization. I am a ball of atrophy and flab but I am able to do your chair workouts. Thank you! 59 years old and still learning.

    Hi Donovan my name is Bryan and I’m a disabled vet I have had 34 surgeries over the last five years. I was in bed for four straight years and I’ve been up for a year now I decided I was just going to die. My right leg is amputated below the knee.     Thank you Donovan for these seated workouts!. I broke my ankle last year and discovered your wonderful channel. I believe those workouts helped in my recovery, not least on an emotional level. Well last week I broke a toe quite badly and for a couple of days I felt sorry for myself. Indeed I will hobble for the next 5 weeks as the fracture heals, but I am so glad I can still move, albeit on a chair. And these workouts absolutely work all the muscles!. My daughter is getting married in September 2024 and I'm looking forward to dancing at her wedding!.

    I’m in my later 50’s and about 45 lbs overweight. I go to the gym 1-2 x a week. I was looking for some chair exercises to do with my 85 year old mom. This is great for me to do with her. Wow, I actually felt it. It will most likely be too much for her but if she just does what she can it will be better than nothing and she can increase as we progress. Anyway, I will try with her.     I've been in 3 major car accidents that have left me with a fused back, total ankle replaced, and riddled with arthritis in my 40s.Over the past 2 years, I've now put on ovr 50 lbs and can not do physically the workout I use to.     I am on a little more than a month watching Donovan’s workouts. I was a scale fanatic and would always check my weight- well I wasn’t losing any weight so I was getting frustrated and almost gave in. Then by the face of god I had a Dr appointment and she checked my blood pressure (which is ALWAYS high- either high or high high for 4 years now ) but when she checked it this time, it was normal!!!!! My dr actually thought it was wrong and got a different machine lol…. She asked me what I’m doing differently and I told her about your workouts. She told me to keep it up because it’s working!!!!! People even if you’re not seeing any results from these workouts just know it’s doing so much work for things you can not even see. She took me off my BP meds and I go in a couple days to make sure it’s staying down (I know it is because I haven’t had any symptoms)

    Thank you Donovan. I have been in many many accidents and surgeries since I was 24. I haven't really been able to do much, except walk. It has truly broken my heart because I am a very outdoor person. Today I decided I would workout only if the person would inspire me to keep going. You have a way because you care. I was able to do 5:42 minutes today and I am so proud of myself.

    At 70 with two artificial knees, sciatic issues, and lots of arthritis I had been looking for something just like this. A friend posted your page and I did my first workout this morning. I hope I can walk tomorrow. 😅

    This is my 1st day & the 10 min workout was surprisingly a great burn workout especially doing it after my 30 min walk on my treadmill. I’m so happy I found your channel. Looking forward to this everyday. Thanks

    holy cow. Just completed this. As a note it works well with chairs that sit higher as well. Definitely feel it in my legs and arms. Needed something like this with my desk job.

    These are great workouts for truckers. They can be done from the bunk and that’s awesome! It’s not always convenient to get to a gym or go for a walk in unsafe areas or truck stops. Especially for women. Thank you. No excuses! 💪

    😂😢😅 hi it's about four days i am doing your workout, it's not easy,i have a problem sticking to things, but i really want to stick with this routine, I have try so many different workouts but they never agreed with me, I am 56 yrs old going on 57 in less than two months, I have knee problems, I am five feet 4 inches tall and I am over weight, I am so tired of all the pain and discomfort in my body, I need to feel alive again, so i am trying hard to keep going with your workout, I am so thankful for finding you I am from Trinidad keep good and thank you 😊.

    I found you yesterday and I am soooo glad I did. You are an amazing coach! I am recovering from double knee surgery after blowing out my knee in December. I am 66 years old and my recovery isn't going as quickly as I want. I am 150% dedicated and I know your chair exercises will augment my PT greatly. I look forward to "working" with you (and your mom) over the next few months and beyond. Thanks for being there for all of us.

    I started these chair workouts after the doctor told me my knees could not handle walking any longer. He suggested pool exercises, but I can not afford a membership for a pool. And I definitely can't afford to own one. I was very discouraged until I found these videos. I need to do exercises after I eat to lower my blood sugar. I mean I can't say they saved my life, but they sure keep me from losing it faster. Now I have some hope of getting the physical exercise I need after my meals. Thank you.

    I' 63 and 60 lbs over weight. Today was my first workout with you and I may have made 5 of the ten min. Man I feel it, all 5 minutes of it. I have looked at a few of these chair workouts because I know I have to get back to it or loose it forever and picking your program is the right move to get back to it for me. Thank you for putting this up man. From now on I will be the student and you are my Sensei. Much respect sir.......

    Hi Donovan. I'm 57 and I have Parkinson's disease.
    Sometimes I have a hard time with my balance so your chair exercises I've been life-saving for me.
    Since the neurologist say exercise is just as important for us as our medication. I love when you remind us to smile.

    I used to go tot he gym 3 days a week and ran 2-3 miles regularly. Just under 2 years ago I was diagnosed with MS. My balance is shot and walking and standing are rough on my best day. I've lost so much muscle mass. I just found this today and I'm just so happy. It gives me that feeling of pushing myself I thought I'd lost.

      I don't have MS (i hope) but I've got something going on and really feel this. I did a marathon 2014 but now a mile is a struggle

    This was my first time and I am 74 years old. Found it hard the first 3 minutes and then I followed. And the instructor was very engaging and funny. I will try to do this every day.
