I have been doing chair workouts for 2 years now since my knee surgery. I just came across Donovan Green Fitness videos about a week ago. They are by far the best. I now do at least one or two daily along with continuing my yoga practices.

Before having COVID TWICE I weighed 370 lbs. In January 2020, I lost 135 lbs in 4 months, I could not eat. Only very small bits and water. In September 2021, I almost lost my life. I had memory loss, heart, lung problem, double pneumonia and I was paralyzed from the waist down....I also lost more weight. I got down to high school weight, 219 lbs. I am glad for you because I was very strong before all this. Thank you for getting ME back.

Wonderful workout. I have to do this workout every day in order to walk. I am a senior with piriformis issues. After the workout, the pain disappears. Today I did the workout using my vibration plate. It took me to the next level.

OMG. Don, I wanted to tone my butt with you and tore it up. 😂 I can laugh about it now. I sprained my glute muscle. Up, down, up in a circle. I believe my up was too high and my circle was too wide.😢 I still do your other work outs, butt this one 🤔😄😄😄 every one I shared this with just laughed even my doc.😅
