    Just ordered my thigh and booty band. Doing this work out anyway until it arrives! Using a thin band. Lets go!
    Thin band moves around too much. Thighs burning. Really loved and resonated with your thoughtful thinking truth at the end

    Okay so at the end I'm thinking u would give us four for five different moves to do as opposed to the 100 squats challenge....u went over it ad over everything about ehy we should choose more multi movement routine so please give us your top four or five body movements that u feel works the entire body.....whoch four or five moves do u feel are the most beneficial for an entire body routine??????
