    This seated leg-blasting workout will have you sweating in seconds. Many people succumb to the sitting disease and give up on reaching their goals. They either put things off for the next year or, even worse, the next year. The good news is you don't have to put anything off; you can get in great shape right from your chair.
    That's right; you won't need to step foot in a gym. So many people here seated workouts and automatically assume that it will be too easy. Well, let me be the first to tell you that my workouts are challenging. They are designed to kick your butt, leaving no room for mercy. You can leave this group if you're looking for EASY.     I wanted to say thank you for your chair workouts! Myself and some wonderful people at church, we work out every day..... Yes!.. EVERY DAY for over a month now! I'm walking up the stairs better and had to cinch in my belt too.. (PRAISE JESUS)! keep up the great work.. God Bless you and your family Donovan! And JESUS IS LORD!!

    I am on fire! That is one of the best band workouts that you have ever done, and that I have ever seen anyone else do. I have mobility issues and my legs feel so good right now! In addition, I’ve been under so much stress lately, this exercise burnt off my stress! Thank you‼️
