i am 26 and cant do anything i have always wanted to try like kayaking because i let my body go out of shape and well into obesity. I tried various other regimes and advices that was either too intense or takes too much time. This video raised my heart rate and my happiness level. I loved how realistic you sounded while being optimistic. Definitely coming back tomorrow for more. :D

Heart patient with balance problems. My kinesiologist said I needed to add more cardio to my exercise routine. So glad I found you Mr Green! I do this one twice a day and one of the 5 minute ones once a day. You definitely get my heart rate up without me worrying about falling over!! Thank you!!

Love this channel because I have a few injuries that I suffered (from a previous trainer that only cared about results) that makes it hard to work out (insert “til this day meme”) over ten years later at full capacity. The last three weeks my exercising came to a halt due to an injured knee and some medical procedures which even affected what I ate. So about two weeks ago I was looking for a chair routine and came across this channel. Didn’t know how great your videos were until I went OUTSIIIIIIDE on yesterday in this dress and was unaware of how short it was until I was already out. But baby when I tell you I caught a glimpse of myself and I looked GOODT!!!!! And last night I wore a shirt I had put into my “giveaway” pile cause it didn’t fit. I'm really glad I found this video, you have great energy and vibes! I just turned 40 a few days ago and my goal is...well, no offense to my mother (RIP), but I don't want to end up like her (no exercise, bed-ridden, fall risk, on oxygen, and eventually dying at 68yo from respiratory failure). I've gone through cancer surgery back in 2020 and still dealing with pain, so another goal is to be pain-free!

Your chair exercises are a fab discovery & perfect for an individual like me who lost his left leg decapitated in 2019. Cardio & abdominal exercise is so important, as you mention. 💓 Esp, for handicapped folks 🙏
I am truly looking forward to your chair routines to lose belly fat & gain abs strength. Need to lose about 32 to 35 lbs, which I never had a problem with when I used to play so much basketball & bike treking, before I severed my leg.

I've had weak muscles and joints, and inflammation most of my life, and it prevented me from finding gym success. By doing your exercise for more than two months, I've developed some muscles and strength I've never had already. Too I continue to return to the exercise, something I couldn't do with other exercises. Yeah!!! thank You Jesus.
Love that you do this Mr. Green. Thank you you have helped me since I’ve had my stroke I’m not good at what I do but I do it with your inspiration. I don’t know if I should be doing cardio but it makes me feel better after I’ve done it and this is simple and clear and motivational. I hope to be myself one day and do exercises the right way but just moving is so important.

started my weight-loss journey Friday 1/13/23.
56 years old 5ft9, 335#, 40 broken bones from several wrecks, including my pelvis, had to learn to walk again. Also traumatic brain injury to right temporal lobe. I've been carrying at least 150 extra pounds for the last 20 years. Yo-yoing between 300-335 for the last five years, since emergency lung surgery.
I found one of your beginners upper body videos which led to your seated cardio. I saved both to my daily exercise checklist, which I started thanks to you. As well as subscribed and I will definitely be back. I actually enjoyed completing both 10-minute workouts to MY tempo, abilities and 🎵🎶

I just did this workout for the first time. I usually walk my dog then do another workout video of yours. Today it’s raining and i saw this and wow!!! Got my heart rate as much as the walk does!!!!

the workout for seniors is great the first time I iwas hurting this time I the feel energized
I have back pain and plantar fascitis in both feet, so any cardio on my feet actually hurts me more, but i need to exercise to help my back pain, so it honestly makes me feel pretty hopeless. Discovering chair cardio videos like yours has given me new hope that I can get into exercise again, so thank you
Just want to thank you. I needed this type of exercise. My Left leg poor circulation, I'm way overweight and my weight plays a big role in all that I'm going through now. So it time for me to get serious I weigh myself and in 30 days I will let you know how much I lost. Thank again.

Start again if you got away from it. It don't matter if you have to start over every day. At the end of the month you would of worked out everyday.

Hey Donovan, 2 months ago i fractured my foot. I was miserable as i had to wear the heavy ortho boot. I also started to put on weight ... Was 130 lb and went up to 135 lbs in 2 months. I had to stay off my feet.. Today after 3 sessions of physio this past week I am feeling really good and this is the first video that I opened up to try as my husband is being very strict about me not exercising on my feet till my next xray (he knows that i usually get carried away and overdo).. on Mar18 the fracture was 80% healed.. I thoroughly enjoyed this workout.. it has lifted my mood and also enjoyed your encouraging words. Hopefully on April 21 I will be 100% healed of the fracture.
Really glad to find this workout. An ankle injury has stopped my exercise temporarily, but with this I feel I can still do something.

I am morbidly obese after years on prednisone for an autoimmune disorder. I also have exercise-induced asthma and both knees are bone on bone. So, I can’t do a lot the exercises that others can. My savior was water aerobics but since the pandemic, all of those programs have been shut down. I was looking for a low impact program that I could do at home and came across this chair workout. Today, was my first workout and I can’t believe how high I my heart rate got in 10 minutes. I will continue this one until I get in better shape before moving on to your other videos. My question is how many times a day do you recommend doing this?

This is my first time discovering your channel and my first exercise of many I’m sure. I sometimes have situational anxiety and have low fluctuating energy levels which effect everything as you know.
I am capable of doing standing exercises but today I searched for seated cardio and found the best GEM EVER!!!!! The orange bright positive colors in your ambiance , the clean crisp bright background !!! The plant ! Everything was perfect . I laughed at your jokes !!!!!! And ended with a smile and feeling capable and balanced again.
