    Age 83, just recovering from my 2nd reverse shoulder surgery (6 weeks ago) and found your exercises on CZcams. I just did 3 of them and worked for 42 minutes. I’m proud.

    I always enjoy your videos. At 70 it's a struggle to get rid of the "thick middle" that everyone tells me is "normal." Maybe for some, but not for me. You are such a blessing! Thank you again for each video and your pleasant encouraging manner.

    The on-screen timer and the limit of 10 minutes is very effective for keeping me focused and motivated; I can do 10 minutes! I will do more of this. Thank you!

    Thank you for all these excesses, I can do them right at my desk while my dogs can ran around and play. I am closer to 80 now and being able to do lots of them sure makes me feel better.

    Are usually shy away from sitting ab workouts but this one was so good. How to discipline day with you I did arms legs abs and butt. Giving thanks to my body and giving thanks to you have a wonderful day

    Hello from Massachusetts, USA. I love watching your videos. However, this is the first time I have actually done the exercises along with you. I am almost 60 years old and overweight. I am also on disability. So, it's hard doing any exercises. I do walk when the weather is good. These chair exercises are amazing! I actually worked up a sweat. Thank you, Schellea!     Abs were always done on the floor. Focused on my ab muscle and what a surprise. Did arms, legs and abs with you. Of course will do a stretch too

    Nice...always more challenging that one thinks being done in the chair. Of course its always what you put into it. I also grabbed a pair of 3 lb weights and did some forearms exercises in between the exercises . Enjoyed the workout.

    Good Mornin y'all, I started doing this video about 2 weeks now. It has made a big difference to me. I have sent this video off to my Mom which is 76. We are both on oxygen. I just want to say tyvm for your videos. I can only do the ones sitting down as of right now. But hope to work my way up. :)

      @@fabulous50s I have heard in one of your vids its not good to do same exercises with your body. I may have understood it wrong. But, there are exercises i can do and some i cant. I cant get on the ground or walk much. So I do this one of yours and one other. I also do one more of someone elses vids. Will, I still lose weight since im doing the same thing? Your my mentor right now as I have no one to exercise with. You truly help me keep going. Love and hugs go out to ya from NC

    A year & 5 months ago I quit smoking, had my Gall Bladder removed & hit menopause all at the same time 😬 needless to say I've gained about 50 all around my stomach ugh. I have never had a weight problem until all that, so I'm going to try this one to hopefully make my bloated belly go down a bit. Thank you for these videos ❤

    That was a surprisingly hard workout. I just did a 2 mile walk on a another video and came back for an easier flow. Thus it was awesome because it was unexpected. Love this site for it positivity and delightful challenges.

    Indeed, this is harder than it look. I noticed more sweat in this sitting ab work out than some standing ab workouts. Not sure why but it feels good. Thank you!❤️💯

    I am recovering from surgery in the cervical spine. This has really helped me. I skip anything that looks rough on the neck but your exercises all are great. Highly recommend!

    💐Wished I could have gotten to this earlier(done at 5 pm), & didn't dare hope I'd be able to do more(hectic day). WOW- this seated magic gave me energy, I shouldnt be surprised. Yay, I was able to go ahead, did the 7 minute cardio. 💐Thank you, Schellea!💐
