    Thank You for your workouts! I'm an Adapted PE teacher trying to teach my students with my computer camera and it is hard for my students to see me. They can see all of you, and they do a great job because they can see better, and I can watch to see if they are following correctly. They are getting their exercises for PE everyday :) Thank You!

    Realllllly didn’t want to but I did (yesterday). Author Gretchen Rubin says “Don’t skip Mondays.”
    Today was the FIRST day (after a couple of weeks doing this workout) that I could do that in-out leg spread movement with BOTH legs.

    THANK UUUUUUU, I've been searching for "awhile" for exercises that I could do in a chair, due to needing to loose 30lbs and being extremely limited in movement and debilitating pain(need double knee replacement and double hip replacement). Your videos are actually inspiring, you give alternative and great positive energy. Thank you sooooo very much, your videos are what I've been looking for!!!

    My son's favorite color is orange. My daughter's favorite color is green. (my favorite color is blue, so I don't know how I made green and orange lovers) The first of your videos I saw those colors in your studio and it made me so happy.     The heart rate, temperature shot up. I got that much needed sweat. i woke up a bit in the blues&dump today😪🥲.Definitely mood lifting. I'll do them again tomorrow,I felt heavy today. Thanks for these chair exrcises, I do share with friends out here

    This is the exact chair routine I have been looking for!! I am 64yo, but do not like the chair workouts for seniors. I have arthritis in both knees and need to lose a lot of weight. I will add your workouts to my routines and look forrward to seeing results soon.

    Thank you for posting these workouts. I fractured my heel six weeks ago and am completely non-weight bearing, but am used to being very physical. Your workouts help my body stay strong and my mental wellbeing! So glad to find a way to move and work up a sweat.

    A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT. THEN DOING THIS AGAIN FOR 2X. ON THE LEG RAISES, WHEN YOU SAID, IF YOU COULDN'T RAISE THEM AS HIGH, DO IT LOWER. WELL THATS ABOUT AS HIGH AS I COULD DO IT. I STUCK( STRUGGLED) TIL I COULD DO HIGHER. NOW, I CAN. BECAUSE I DID NOT QUIT. I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE.

    Hi I'm not sure if you read your comments or not but I am wondering is there a way with your exercise to help lift your butt I am a older woman and my butt has dropped and has become flattened and I was wondering if there's any way to lift and pump the butt back up with chair exercise I do have arthritis in both knees and both shoulders so that's why do squats.. thank you for helping me I work out with you every morning ❤️❤️❤️

    Can these exercise get me tone I have done some of these exercises I do enjoy it but I never here about toning only about losing weight and some of us just want to tone and not lose weight when working out can you say when you re doing exercises for toning pls

      I have tons of exercises for toning. In fact, most of what I do is based on toning. Just go heavier with your weights. That’s a good start. Also keep in mind, toning means reduction of body fat.
