- Join me for a 10 minute STANDING ARM WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. I'll be using 8 lb weights, but choose the weight that best suits your strength level. Each interval will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is an ALL STANDING wrist friendly workout, with zero planks or pushups! So grab your weights and let's get ready to feel the burn! đ xox Mik

Thanks nothing on the floor haven't had knees replaced yet can lift 3 pound weights. Arthritis is severe but can do this

I followed this video specifically because it said no push-ups, it was basically my first time exercising since PE in school. Iâm not in good shape, at all, and I was dying using my puny 5lb weights. But aside from my shoulders sounding like bubble wrap going through a steamroller, I found it easy to follow along and I was happily surprised when I completed the full 10min. Thank you for your video, and I will be looking at more, much appreciated!

Felt great. Iâm 15 and lately ive realized how inactive I am. I sit in bed and sleep for most of my free time. Iâve been getting up and doing some workouts with my momâs equipment. This felt nice; compared to some other arm workout videos, you had some different workouts in this one! It is fun to mix stuff up. Thank you!
Keep it up. I had the same problem when I was 15 and getting into the habit of working out now will make it so much easier in your 20s. Havenât stopped working out since high school and Iâm looking and *feeling* great as Iâve ever been đđŒđ§

@JJT 07 maybe try lower weights for the first few weeks and gradually increase from there. It's what I'm doing
@JJT 07 This workout is very shoulder focused, with lots of stagnant movements. Iâve had a previous shoulder injury, so when I watched this video, I knew it wasnât for me. Workouts should never hurt. She has lots of great dumbbell arm workouts. Skip this one and try another. đ

I've done this video for three days and honestly it's the first one i've enjoyed from day 1. It's challenging but not demotivating to get through because it's a standing on. As I went to the next day, I felt motivated to push myself harder which I loved. Now I love doing arms - it's so much fun!!! I just have a question, what would you recommend for someone who is trying to tone their arms? Shall I stick to this video, or shall I combine it with one of your other videos? Ofc I'm doing cardio as well after doing weight training a little bit. Would love some proper advice.
I'm not a professional but as a fitness lover I can say that of course you need to combine several types of arms workouts, to work all the muscle groups, from all angles. Also try Barre worokuts (Mik has lots of them) and search workouts that are for specific groups like Biceps/Triceps, Shoulder/Chest and so long. Experiment and combine and you will succeed!

Great starter 10-min video. I use very light weights. It motivates me to then do your 10 min Barre Arms Workout, which includes a bit more cardio. Those 20 mins go fast! Thank you!

I have been really sick for two days... I was constantly throwing up and had a high fever so couldn't do it but I tried my best to maintain my diet... I feel better now so I am back now!

I love this workout! I lost strength in my arms due to a acute battle with pneumonia last year. This 1 workout has done more for me in a week, than any other. I'm only able to use 3lbs right now, but I'm working up. The standing Abs workout is great too. â€ïž

This is my favorite upper body workout on all of CZcams. Itâs not so challenging I give up but itâs still giving my upper body a much needed strength session to accompany my love of the treadmill. I am very weak and stopped doing this workout for awhile and now Iâm back at it with my small 3lb weights but I canât wait to do this consistently and hit higher weights
