- Join me for a 10 minute BARRE ARMS beach workout to sculpt and strengthen your arms and upper body. We're moving to the beat of the music, but if you'd like to move at your own pace, you can do that as well. All you need is a light set of 2-5 lb dumbbells. I'll be using 3lb weights today. There will be no breaks with 20 different moves for 30 seconds each. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

Holy cow, this. I'm still a beginner and I stupidly used 5lbs weight. It was an upper body workout, but she kicked my butt. I've been doing the upper body workouts, and I love her!

Nice little pick me up workout when I was tired - did this after some yoga and it's challenging enough to put you through your paces but a good flow of movement with moments of ease

Such a great and quick workout, and THANK YOU for saying right arm when you are using your left arm since that is the way we see it on the screen. Other videos don't do this and it can be confusing.
