      OMG, seems like it was more of a shoulder work out. I don't feel it in my arms...at least not yet.

    I am 54, I had cervical cancer in 2015 and after total hysterectomy it kicked my epilepsy in & seizures. I gained 100 pds. I since lost 60 but have 40 to go. I am finally excersiseing again. Walking taking it slow. But my arms weren't getting anything. That just burned like anything. I am so outta shape. But trying. 😊 🙏

    Wonderful workout! I added 2 lb. weights and my arms felt like wet noodles once done. A big thanks for helping me to get these 71 year old arms in better shape. Your voice is so calming and pleasant. Your upbeat attitude is inspiring. The encouragement you offer....... gives me a boost! You are F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S.

    My arms are tingling 😍 best arm workout I've ever found!!
    I'm just 24 but always had somewhat of a saggy arm due to genetic issues. I FINALLY want to work on this insecurity and get rid of the 'problem' once and for all!!
    Your recommendation really helped, I almost stopped during the second exercise but I listened and after a few seconds the burn stopped and I didn't know I'm capable of this much strength 😍
    You are a gift, a very sweet angel! Oh, I want to write so much more but who will read it? 😅
    I will TRY to do this daily and then update when I see my arms are slimming down! ☺☺☺

      I just love your workouts. You are a true inspiration. Do you have a beginners workout for tummies. The middle section. After having my kids in my late 30's and now I am 54. Need to desperately work on the stomach. Love your arm and walking workouts. This has saved me through lockdown. Xx

    The over and unders plus the arm circles make my arms burrrrrrn. WOW! What a great workout without any weights. I do this 3-4 times a week and can tell I am getting stronger. With all of the aerobics I do in addition to this workout I can see muscle tone that was not there before. Nice.

    I am 54 years old and just finished achieving my nursing degree! The point is, I have usually kept myself in half-decent shape but slacked off during the last 6 years of my studies. NOW I am in poor physical shape and due to age, it’s not going to be easy! At first glance I thought this exercise routine was going to be too easy but boy was I wrong! This is a fantastic arm routine that I will try to complete daily. (I need to get rid of these “turkey wings”..lol. Thank you for giving me the incentive to get back into working out! 💖 It is never too late to get back into shape! 💪 Now off I go to do a jog on the treadmill. Take care!

    I found this workout about two weeks ago, after a bout of out of control hyperthyroidism elevated my heart rate so much that I could not do my usual HIIT workout. It's slowly coming under control, but I still have to take it easy, and I feel so out of shape. I've been doing some gentle cardio or yoga or pilates, and adding this workout onto the end. I can get all the way through without stopping or elevating my heart rate too much, but my shoulders burn!! Good music too, and your encouraging voice and positivity is uplifting. Thank you!

    Hi Schellea. You did a brilliant job. I’ll do this tomorrow. One tip my yoga teacher gave me, is when you extend yr arms out sideways, engage your upper back muscles and shoulder blades and surrounding muscles, to help keep the arms up. Somehow, that seems to lessen the pain, and seems easier to keep them up longer. Hope you and yr family are safe and healthy. Have a beautiful weekend sister xxx🌞🌺💕

    I've done this every day for the last 8 days, alongside some resistance band arm exercises. So happy that today was the first time I got through the whole 10 minutes without having to rest my arms mid - exercise!

    I thought I had fairly strong arms, then I tried this 10 minute, no equipment arm workout. I was thinking, "It will be too easy for me". Wrong! My arms are burning! ! ! Thanks Schellea for all these fabulous workouts

    Stretching is important before and after however, in order to be effective for any workout, stretch at least 30 to 45 seconds for each one to maximize the stretch and see more results quickly! Learned from working at a fitness studio and my trainer coworkers! 💪 Stay blessed everyone and keep pushing to your potential!!

    amazing... I am an avid yogi, and I work out (barre and fitness classes) this was difficult but in a beautifully challenging way, it is what I need. I notice by biceps naturally getting flabby as I age... (46 now)..... this is perfect for a daily practice on top of what I do.... also the teacher is sweet and encouraging. WELL DONE!

    I have searched and searched and searched some more for people I could keep up with that are teaching exercises on CZcams you are the only one I can actually keep up with the best you're perfect you're so mellow and calm and the way you talk is just perfect it would be great if you had music in the background something that is upbeat that you can exercise too that would help a lot also cuz I can't play music on my phone and watch you at the same time

    This is honestly the best burn I’ve had ever in keeping my arms up. Other channels say can you feel the burn and I don’t. So now I’m sticking with this channel. If it’s too easy it’s not worth doing. So thankful I’ve found this channel 🔥🔥🔥

    My very first view and workout and it was wonderful! Because of my back, I can't stand for ten minutes so I used an armless chair, paying attention to posture, and I couldn't believe the burn! Love it! I lift light weights, but this will be added to my daily regimen. Thank you so much!

    It's been 8 weeks..doesn't feel as strenuous as it did weeks ago.. belly fat has gone down..I feel more flexible..I alternate the exercises..and try to fit in 3 x 10+minutes exercises..from toning arms, and, cardio, and stretches..I'm optimistic now about the next 8 weeks..thx👍

    Just found your videos and did my workout along with you. So easy to follow at a pace I can cope with. I had to stop once my shoulder couldn't handle the burn but carried on after a short rest.
    I've just had major surgery on my cervical disk and thyroidectomy a month ago and ready to loose some weight; tone my body and be the best version of myself. Thank you so much for sharing your 10 minute workouts they are changing my life 👍💞

    A really good arm workout to do without weights. My arms were definitely feeling the burn in the last 2 exercises. Your at home no equipment exercises are so fabulous!! There is no excuse when I am away from home or don't have my weights or exercise equipment. I always find myself smiling along with you and I find your workouts help with my mental wellbeing as well as physically - very holistic. Thank you.

    Did this the 1st time today and managed to get to the end with you without any interruption - I am 79. I think this is a great work-out and I expect to have sore muscles tomorrow. I shall be back tomorrow and will keep going for 2 weeks before I attempt anything else. Then I will try one your other work-outs in addition. Great to find a work-out without equipment and for older persons, and you are smiling - that helps to keep up.

    This was a great workout. I’m actually 41 BUT, I’ve been so out of shape. The whole corona virus has me up ten pounds. I eat when I’m worried and I lack energy when depressed. I’m trying to make it a point to at least do a half hour cardio, aerobic type of workout. By the way I really enjoyed your walking video. I also want to start working on my muscles. I felt skeptical about this workout because there was no weights.. sooo I was surprised how how hard it was. Thank you. Wish me luck. I am so heavy and unhealthy. I don’t want to die at 60 like my grandpop. He had the same body shape as me and the same issues with high bp , cholesterol and blood sugar.. I want to watch my future grand use grow up and be a part of their lives!

    I love this workout because it did not hurt my neck. I have a few bad discs in my neck and when I use hand weights I always feel like I'm stressing my neck out.

    This was amazing! I love that it was no equipment. My 2nd time doing these exercise and its a little easier than the first. I am trying to do a few exercise while commercials are on so I can build up to the ten minutes without stopping. You're very encouraging.

    Thank you for this absolutely fabulous beginner friendly video , At 50 I began losing muscle mass and energy , slowly I began eating more or at the very least worse , and exercising which used to be a fun way to relax and blow off steam now became excruciatingly harder to do !!! I couldn’t even do the alleged beginner videos on CZcams , 2, minutes into the video , I knew I had a shot at completing .. I took breaks but I did it !!! Thank you for giving me hope !!!

    Great workout! Arms on fire. timer is what kept me going. Did it in front of stove while waiting for my lunch to cook. Kept me busy so I couldn’t snack on nuts or olives while impatiently waiting for my food!! If you have one for legs that can also be done in front of stove, please add it to your collection.
