This movie is called BURN. My cousin forced me to watch it because it has Josh H in it and she wants to do him or something. Its unhealthy bro.
The guy who was bound up wanted to rob the store. Two clerks, one of them being that girl basically didnt obey. He took the other store girl with a gun in the back, in means to scare her. However the girl at the start goes back there and scares him so bad he shoots the other girl. So she cleans the mess up entirely and binds him up after knocking him out. She doses him with the big V drug as he asked for pain killer for his head where she smacked him with a shovel. It starts to *work* so she attempts to ...do what you saw in the clip. He isnt killed in that moment, just knocks himself out. Those guys who show up have been looking for him because he owes them a lot of money. So they leave and she finds out he escaped, barricaded the escape route in the back and cut the power so she cant get out of the store. Its called BURN cuz she had poured gas all over the ground and store, meaning to burn the other girl's body and what she thought was the dude. Keep in mind she did what she did because she is super unstable mentally, lonely, and wants some bowchikawowow. He stalks her in the store but he shoots, misses her, and sets the store on fire by accident. She escapes covered in burns (which by the way she loves because she used to burn herself constantly to feel more alive) and the movie ends with her escaping via cop. He however is killed.
