Hi, I'm Schellea (Shelly) the founder and CEO of Fabulous 50s. I am 57 years old, live in Australia and it is my greatest joy to help women over 50 feel great about who they are, and help them to feel excited about where they are going!
With 36 years of experience as a small business entrepreneur, my journey has been deeply rooted in the fields conceptual creative design, health, fitness, fashion and beauty. Along this path, I've acquired various certifications, including becoming a qualified fitness instructor specialising in exercise for older adults, personal stylist, color consultant, meditation and mind coach, and business mentor.

30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout For Muscle Growth Over 50!
This 30-Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout for Women Over 50 is designed to , burn fat, build muscle strength and boost metabolism. Suitable for beginners, this workout includes seven exercises done in three sets with 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. We'll be targeting all major muscle groups to help maintain muscle mass and enhance vitality.
Join me as we warm up, set our intention, and push ourselves to be proud of what our bodies can achieve. From single-hand rows to sumo squats, shoulder presses to tricep extensions, every move is crafted to challenge you and adapt to your fitness level. This is great thanks. Hopefully I can keep doing them regularly and eventually use light weights. I will say I had to consciously think about engaging core and tucking tailbone in as lower back niggled. Also to breathe lol ❤
