This 30-Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout for Women Over 50 is designed to , burn fat, build muscle strength and boost metabolism. Suitable for beginners, this workout includes seven exercises done in three sets with 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.     This is great thanks. Hopefully I can keep doing them regularly and eventually use light weights. I will say I had to consciously think about engaging core and tucking tailbone in as lower back niggled. Also to breathe lol ❤
