Could not believe it! I thought I would have to use light weights or do this workout twice to get a burn but YIKES! I did this ( at the end of my workout this morning as a finisher) one time through with no weights and my arms felt challenged! ( i can feel it so much I am having a hard time typing this comment lol 🙃) Loved It!

🔥🔥🔥 for sure. That was a super hard one, but also quick and fun as it made me laugh trying to keeping up! Almost made it all the way, last exercise got me half way through. Needed to put my arms down, but went right back to it to the end. I have started a new play list for your 8 minute workouts. I think they will be great to pick one or two in the evening when I find myself sitting for too long watching a program. I find 2-8 minutes free a few times in my day and was delighted to come across a newer, reviewed trial research paper ( from Japan i think) showing that 4-10 minutes 3-4 times a day of stretch and resistance exercise is more beneficial than one long session, especially for seniors and also for beginners and cause fewer medical issues- like sprains and torn ligaments etc

Wow I had to stop three times in this, but I finished it! Needed to work on something different right now since I thought it was a good idea to fall down the stairs last week...leg and feet are out of the question right now. I think I'll stick with arms for now. This one burns and I love it!!! Hope I can do it all the way through with no stopping soon!

I did good this time, only paused the video once!
