      Same here, age and issues! Happy aniversary to you! Fabulous workouts on this chanel.I will combine for a while, the 15 mins walk routine in the morning and the 30 min walk, in the afternoon, plus the streching routines!

    I am 64 and just started working out with Fabulous 50 after taking a long break. I had lost almost 30 lbs and gained it back due to stress etc. Love these workouts so much just have to stay focused and motivated!! Thank you for you!!

    I love these do-able exercises. I'm nearly 60 and although I jogged on my younger years my energy levels have dipped but this makes me feel more energetic. I'm trying to do 15m each day. So pleased to have found your channel

    This was great! I love the 15 seconds of walking with the longer concentrated exercises, Shellea! I don't have a lot of time during my work day, but I can do 15 minutes and bonus if I am able to do another round later in the day! Thank you for what you do!

    Thoroughly enjoyed Shellea!
    I do your 30 minute weight loss walk/jog at least 4 times a week always morning - but this is a really nice 15 minuter.
    We all have busy lives - but this 15 minute work out allowed me another 15 minutes to do your 15 minute arm workout - the half hour for me then worked nicely👍😊

    Love your workouts. I had cracked two knee bones and I'm healing incredibly well.I'm saventy six and because I am so diligent with my diet, workouts and vitamins, I'm healing incredibly well.     My new favorite!! I have been walking when doing arms for awhile now and this one got my heart rate up...YAY! The exercise at the 12 minute mark? I find I do them better when I hold onto my dresser, then I can really get my leg up high and then back extended without worry. Gosh I love working out every day with Ms. Fowler!! Thank you. (70 years old here)

    Hello Schellea.
    I wonder if you’ve covered the subject of exercising when unwell in one of your videos?
    Yesterday I was unwell and just got steps up with gentle walking. I read that exercising with a fever is a no, no and although I felt sick, temp was normal. I felt the need for some good hormones. Today I feel 100% better than yesterday, but still not 100% well.
    I did this 15 minute workout at my own pace and plan to get a gentle walk in later. You are very encouraging of our efforts and I love that you also encourage kindness. Thank you for your generosity and kindness sharing your videos.
