    Added to my 15 minute play list. If I’m feeling lethargic and I’m lacking motivation I tell my self to do one of your shorter workouts rather than my usual 30 minutes. Most times, I finish the 15 and then do another one, or a ten minute one and a 5 minute stretch. Cannot recommend to people highly enough to save these workouts in lists of 5, 10, 15, 20 & 30 minutes. Makes it so much easier. At the end of the day, moving your body for 5 minutes is better than no minutes. Let’s face it, we can ALL do 5 minutes minimum!

    Cellulite runs in my family and I assumed at my age I’d never be able to tone my thighs & waist. I now have a routine of exercising videos that work on legs, abs, and arms. All of them are fabulous50 s! I enjoy the variety and it only takes 20-30 minutes a day. Amazed at how the cellulite is melting away! I also enjoy fabulous 50 stretch videos. 🌻 Thank you

    I’ve been trying to recover from past rona party favors (fatigue, muscle weakness, etc.) so most exercise plans are too much for me right now. Yet if I don’t start _something_, my muscles will not get much better! This one looks like it will be perfect! SAVED! 💖

      When I had Covid early 2020, I couldn’t walk across the kitchen floor. I started forcing myself to take a slow walk down the block. Buy a walking stick. It’s amazing. It helps moving the weight of body so it’s not all on your energy. It’s easier to move yourself.

      Wow. I have just completed the 15 min walking workout. You are a life saver. I have been a follower of yours since Covid 19 stopped me going to the gym but the last three months have found this 78 yo unable to do much at all with a heart condition. But I feel after this morning I’m back. Words can’t say how much I appreciate these short exercises. 😍

    Love this work but really each one is better than the next. As someone stated I too lazed around during the pandemic and soon enough knew I needed to get back to exercising and make better meal choices.     I feel like a 10- I always do after any of your workouts- they are the best- I’m 76 and I keep up for the most part! That leg one even got my heart rate up- I do walk in place while doing the arm routines to increase the intensity.

    This is an absolute 10 and Buddy is a 10 also. He is so entertaining. I really love how you break the walk up into targeting the ABS, ARMS and LEGS and spend 5 minutes on each of these areas while also walking (getting the cardio in at the same time). Thanks Schellea and Buddy🙏💞

    Good mix of target areas in 15 minutes. And it is a hoot that your dog is running around while you workout ... that's real life!

    I can’t thank you enough I was going to have to skip the longer workout today and then saw the 15 minute workout after I just watched a quick post you had on tech head! So I made this even better by constantly remembering not to look down or thrust my neck forward and really tighten the muscles in my core and glutes. During the marching part, I was able to move luggage towards the door before the next exercise! Thank you for all you have given to so many by creating these videos.

    25 minutes in great shape. I felt every muscle. Great! I used 2 weights of 2 kg for extra workout. Great to do this every day. Not too heavy, just perfect. Thanks!
