    11 AM I sometimes do this around nine 830 before I go to work. I just love your videos every single one of them and I do see a difference. I love your energy and I just enjoy working out with you. I am 73 years old and I’m not ready to quit yet.

    Another amazing 🤩 workout. I discovered your seated workouts when I needed fitness after badly spraining my ankle. I’m recovering well thankfully & did this workout mostly seated.     From North Carolina, USA. We are in the late spring usually having summer weather but are still having some cool days. Light rain this evening before my walk. I love vegetable gardening and this year; my garden is great. Enjoy your videos so much. I have incorporated some of your exercises into my routine. I am 73, so not a nimble as I once was.

    Another fabulous workout. I love these short bursts as a finisher at the end of the day, or while on a road trip. The pull downs on this one are good for balance, too. Upper abs are a little sore. I like the way your pup is engaged. My service dog is usually napping.

    First time with this one, I did find it challenging but I started with 2kilo weights! I felt the burn more in my arms so I probably need a few more sessions of this one to feel the ab burn. Being honest I haven,t been exercising properly for a few months letting life stuff get in the way and my body has paid for it..................today back on track. When I do your exercises and stretches I feel so much better especially when I do five times a week, thank you for all your hard work making these videos😊

    Hi! That was great. I started with 2, 3lb (1.5 kilos each) weights then switched to 7.5 lbs. At my desk job, I get up 4x a day to do a quick upper body/abdominal or lower body/abdominal workout and this was a perfect pairing. I'll let you know if I feel it tomorrow. I am 60.5 years old. Thank you!

    Wow!I'm 66 and beore i retired last year I walked at least 6 miles every day...but now that has tailed off a bit and I have put on a few pounds.I discovered your workouts this week and I'm doing at least 2 workouts a day andI am loving them.Slow and steady will get me there.

    This workout with weights makes a difference. Can feel the pull on tummy and sides. Did muffin top with weights yesterday. Got that good pain that lets you know it’s working. Just done with the standing abb one too. Love both, thank you
