  • 20 minute fat burning cardio walking workout to burn belly fat, get fit and increase heart health for longevity - walk at home for Beginners and women over 50.       It's good to start early in this journey. Don't forget about bone health, Dr's never tell you how to prevent needed hip, knee, etc. surgeries.

    You are amazing ❤ I started working out watching your videos nearly 6 weeks ago, first glow up challenge, then moved on to an older challenge, and today is the 10th day of summer body challenge! I am loosing weight, eating healthier, and today I noticed my hips are not aching anymore and weird klonk klonk sound is gone. I was so happy I rewarded myself doing some extra workout: this video and some 70s disco music dance workout 😂

    I did it! Three days in a row now and I feel great! Thank you for these videos, the variety makes it easy to “want” to do them. I’ve commented on other videos that I was hopeful these exercises would not hurt my hips and knees and so far they haven’t. Thank you again for making these videos.

    Schellea, for about 2 weeks I stopped your workouts due to hearing some information stating that people my age (60) don’t benefit as much from cardio but we need weight training. Each day I literally had to drag myself into work feeling just depressed!!! Today I said….im done!! I started and will stick with your cardio and I’ll also include some of YOUR weight training as well!!! Thank you more than I can say!! And…. I’m now READY TO GO TO WORK!!!:) ❤

    Just did this work out and loved it. And I haven’t been 50 in 26 years so I’m proud of myself. I do have one request of you and all other workout videos when you’re older your joints may have issues. I’ve just had two Cortizone shots in my shoulders, and two gel shots in my knees, so anything that requires me to raise my arms up or do a squat can be difficult. I would love to see in your videos, not only a modification, but a specific modification for those of us, who maybe can’t raise our arms comfortably that way, or do a squat. I modify it myself, but I’m never really sure if my modification is the best

    Hello Schellea. I am 63 and I’m so grateful to you for the variety of exercise videos that you have created. I’ve been doing them most days for about 8 weeks and I can feel I am stronger! I have more stamina and a more positive mindset! My goal is to be stronger , fitter and improve my mental health.Tick! Tick and tick! If weight loss follows I’ll take it! The scales show a small weight loss, but my clothes are fitting better , and I look better.
    This one today has me sweating. I couldn’t have a conversation during the workout, seriously! I’m glad it was only 20 minutes, but I’d say I got the same exercise as some of your longer videos, so great choice for a busy day.

    My mom’s been doin your videos and loves them! I’m 36 and have done heavy lifting and very intense workouts for 15 years and it didn’t do me any favours, I’ve started doin your videos and sticking with yoga and lots of stretching and this is the best I’ve felt and your workouts get me sweating and breathing heavy but they don’t hurt my neck and back !! I like that you have the countdown timer for each exercise - when I feel like giving up, I look at the timer and tell myself I only have a few more seconds to go and it pushes me through to the end.     Thank you again for this amazing workout! Yep, I'm sweating! I think that I prefer to do 15 minutes then choose and other video for adding 5-6 minutes, as there is some I really enjoy to repeat!     I started working out with you again after 2 yrs of recuperation from broken bones. I'm keeping up but super sweaty and tired. So grateful for your motivation and your workout. ❤

    I think I worked up more of a sweat (sparkle) in this 20 minutes than in some of the longer ones that I have done. If anyone wants a full body workout, this is the one. I just loved this one so much. This was phenomenal. Thank you, Schellea❣🙏🥰

    Love this one! My watch only showed 2303 on the steps, but it tracks arm swings, not actual steps, which I don't like but it is what it is. Thank you for the new workout, Schellea! You're the BEST!
