It's good to start early in this journey. Don't forget about bone health, Dr's never tell you how to prevent needed hip, knee, etc. surgeries.

Schellea, for about 2 weeks I stopped your workouts due to hearing some information stating that people my age (60) don’t benefit as much from cardio but we need weight training. Each day I literally had to drag myself into work feeling just depressed!!! Today I said….im done!! I started and will stick with your cardio and I’ll also include some of YOUR weight training as well!!! Thank you more than I can say!! And…. I’m now READY TO GO TO WORK!!!:) ❤
Just did this work out and loved it. And I haven’t been 50 in 26 years so I’m proud of myself. I do have one request of you and all other workout videos when you’re older your joints may have issues. I’ve just had two Cortizone shots in my shoulders, and two gel shots in my knees, so anything that requires me to raise my arms up or do a squat can be difficult. I would love to see in your videos, not only a modification, but a specific modification for those of us, who maybe can’t raise our arms comfortably that way, or do a squat. I modify it myself, but I’m never really sure if my modification is the best

Hello Schellea. I am 63 and I’m so grateful to you for the variety of exercise videos that you have created. I’ve been doing them most days for about 8 weeks and I can feel I am stronger! I have more stamina and a more positive mindset! My goal is to be stronger , fitter and improve my mental health.Tick! Tick and tick! If weight loss follows I’ll take it! The scales show a small weight loss, but my clothes are fitting better , and I look better.
This one today has me sweating. I couldn’t have a conversation during the workout, seriously! I’m glad it was only 20 minutes, but I’d say I got the same exercise as some of your longer videos, so great choice for a busy day.

I like that you have the countdown timer for each exercise - when I feel like giving up, I look at the timer and tell myself I only have a few more seconds to go and it pushes me through to the end.
