Just did this! Managed the 10 minutes, sweating like mad! I switched some of the steps up for a gentle jog. I've been wfh all day and this helped with getting a few extra steps in!
Loved this one. i don;t always have a lot of time in one hit, so this shorter one is great to fit in.
I agree with not having a lot of time. I like these shorter workouts and do it when I need a break from doing my job at home.

10:42 another great one! I got that last 1500 to get me to my 7,500 target. Today marks 30 days with GFWR and I'm so in love with this approach. I haven't missed a (scheduled) day. No knee pain, eating better and feeling stronger. The membership was the best money I've spent this year!❤ This 63 YO had been "benched" with knee pain...I'm back baby!👊🏽

I live in turkey and i have been doing the 10 thousand steps one before sunrise 🤣. I love getting all my steps in early. More 5000 ones would be amazing or 8000. The more steps the better! I love these videos
