I don't know how you do it but I actually hate missing a day without at least a 15 minute workout. It's so easy and it is souch fun and I feel great afterwards. I have not lost weight and I don't know whether my blood pressure has become better. I only know that I love it. Thank you so much ❤

Beautiful exercise. The only hard part was not knowing what you were doing especially when you said close your eyes and then when I opened them you were on the other side so that was the only thing I was trying to stretch and then trying to watch you thank you have a great day
