Great stretches! I am 58 years old and have had a lumbar fusion. These stretches are perfect. I will be doing them daily!

That was very good! I can't get down on the floor so I did most of those on my bed with some adjustments and my hips are looser my knees feel good and even my ankles feel better! I'll be combining these wonderful workouts with my aqua aerobic pool classes. Trying to get my body back after a really bad ankle break. Thank you, so much for all you give!!!
