      I have had arthritis knee pain now for more than 5 years. The doctor only suggested physical therapy but no surgery. But what I don't understand i've did x rays more than once, and sometimes they see the arthritis and then the other time they don't. Confusing

    I’ve had knee pain for 17 years when I fell and smashed my right knee. I have had 3 orthopedic surgeons tell me I needed a knee replacement immediately, but I have had two orthopedic surgeons tell me not to do it unless my pain is severe. They tell me my knee is so bad I should be in a wheelchair, but my pain is minimal except after line dancing classes or walking. Then I elevate it and ice it and it’s feels fine again. I love this new knee strengthening workout and could feel all of my muscles working. I also ride my bike 20 miles 3 times a week to keep it mobile. Thank you again for another great workout! ♥♥♥

    I had knee surgery but can do many of your exercises in a modified version until I can go back to the gym. Thank you so much for being so fabulous and making my life so much better ❤️ I love your vids ❤️

    I’m a 60 old male whose been doing your 5 minute spine and 10 minute knee exercises 4-5 times weekly for the past 2 years. I do feel fabulous after the exercise. Thank you for all you do!

    Two months out from a total knee replacement and discharged from Physical Therapy yesterday. This knee workout is just what I need to continue healing and strengthening. I’m trying to avoid having my other knee replaced and exercise is the key. Thank you!!!!

    I’ve had knee surgery on right knee and plantar fasciitis on left foot. After doing these exercises just once I can tell how good they are for me. I’m so glad I found you this morning! 8/8/23. 9:00am

    This was exactly what I needed to remind me to start doing this daily. I tore my MCL many years ago, had surgery but later found out that surgery caused arthritis in the knee for life. I wear a small elbow tennis strap under my knee for my morning walks and it helps support and stabilize my knee. These were excellent to do this morning post my walk. THANK YOU!!

    Shellea ....my God..thank you soooooo much...for this knees work...I need these knees strengthening work out so much now...I do that 5 minutes workout everyday...as I am just recovering from meniscus tear in my knees....God bless you dear...when I show this notification...my eyes just popped....God listens....thank u once again my dear....u and everyone who works with u .. including buddy are so fabulous....😊 India

    I have worked with infants and toddlers for over 30 years , spent lots of time on the floor and in the squatting position. Needless to say, I have lots of knee pain. As with all your workouts, I have found this workout is a great one. Thanks so much. Really!!!

      I'm the same .iWork on the floor & b low kids chairs for 25 years .I needed a hip replacement & my knees are bad I can't kneel down .I'm going to give this a go .I loved the exercises during lockdown especially

    I started doing these exercises the day after I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my left knee. The effect was immediate and my mobility increased massively. Three weeks on and the pain and swelling are greatly reduced to manageable levels. I’m eternally grateful. X

    I started to get discomfort in my knee going up and down stairs, and wanted to do something about it so started this routine more in hope than belief… Oh my goodness! After just two weeks, it’s gone! I never thought it would work so quickly. I’m committed to carrying on. Thank you so much!

    Hi Sheila, I tried this work-out today. I had knee surgery (ligament interior +arthroscopy twice) knee arthroporose, tried infiltration, no effect, trying to hang in there without a knee replacement surgery! The minescus is worn, once again; all of these interventions led to a double hip replacement. I recently joined a gym with hope that I can strengthen the muscles around the knee! I am able to do most exercise but, I must be careful not to make things worse! Thank you, I enjoyed this video! Have a nice day! God Bless you!

    Hi Schellea , I have started your videos for knee pain. I do this one and the 5 minute one together. They are great! I am in my early 50's and have minor knee pain (I had a bad knee sprain last year and did 6 month of physical therapy). I'm feeling really well again and want to do something everyday (easier than the stuff my PT gave me) that I know is good for my knees (when I cannot go to the gym)..These are just wonderful for anytime and every single day!     I’ve had knee pain due to injuries caused by a fall many years ago. Your video helps a lot!! I also follow your advice and use the video for balance. I now go for regular walks for exercise and I feel more strength in my legs ! Many thanks! ❤

    I had a motorcycle accident 16 years ago and the doctor said I would never walk again at least not with out cane or walker I proved him wrong and walk unassisted Now I want to stay flexible and and have balance I'm 66 years old and have been working with you for 5 months I have more tone and flexibility My balance has gotten better some days not so good I work on balance everyday and exercise with everyday thank you for the videos

    These exercises work amazingly well for my knee pain. My knees tend to hurt especially in the summer when I’m doing a lot of gardening. This routine really helps to alleviate the pain. And I really do need to do them every day. I’ve found that if I miss a day or two, the pain comes back.

    I didn't realize I had knee pain until I did one particular exercise 😮 (I think it was from banging my knee on the towbar a couple of days ago 🔥) This set has also shown me parts of my legs that need more stretching. Very useful, thanks Schellea ❤

    Yes! I have pain in my right knee that comes and goes as sharp pain or aching pain that wakes me up at night and can make me limo. My chiropractor gave me exercises to do months ago and I keep forgetting to do them. This little video has most of them and is easy to follow. I commit to doing these daily.

    Love this knee and the hip,one I’ve got. And osteoporosis in hip and affecting my knee but also like the 5 miniute ones ya I did fir a week then I got sick busy again and now are stiff as usually do yoga fir 2 hrs which restorative and really helps but I do yr wrk outs just trying to get the challenge but can’t get it to wrk on my tv

    Knee surgery in Oct 23, to remove damaged meniscus and clean up cartilage damage (also tore my MCL in the same netball injury). I'm 42 now and will never play netball again.

    Yes, I have a lot of pain and I am very limited in my activities. I suffer from severe osteoarthritis in both knees, I'm waiting for surgery, but here, unfortunately it is very, very long...there is two that I can't do, the chair and the lunges, too much pain, but the rest went pretty well, I will include those in my routine. THANKS !
