I am so happy to be able to do this once again! I have been having neck pain since December, some arthritis but also stress from the loss of our son in October. I swear my body went through so much!! I gained 15 pounds and then ended up with virtigo, was sick 3 out of 4 months! I finally went to a natural wellness center, am off of Gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, oats and wheat and taking awesome supplements, my neck pain is almost gone! I really needed to get back to this and I thank the Lord for directing me to healing the natural way. I LOVE your workouts and am getting back to it!!
I just found this workout while perusing new workout options on youtube. I have been doing them for a couple of weeks now and I already need to buy another set weights. I know I am getting stronger. thank you!
I am 56 and just recovering from appendectomy and trying to get back to working out- I walk but that also was put on hold- I will definitely do this again- my arms are on fire!
I just started working out again after having ankle surgery and shoulder problems. Going from working out 6 days to 0 and returning after a year is hard. However, I give myself 10/10 for doing this video today and yes my arms are burning. I love it ❤

I enjoy the workouts for arms. There are a zillion videos for this type of exercise, but I am sticking with this one. It has given me good results. My small dog and cats also come into the room while I am working out with weights. I am so cautious, that I don't drop one of the weights on them!

Started with 2 lb a few months back and now am on 5 and 8 lbs. Feel stronger and things i could not do, I am now able to. I feel so much stronger . Thanks to this channel whereby the sessions are always doable and allow for progress. Thanks so much ❤
What I like about your workouts is that you take time to show what exercise you are doing next and give the viewer a chance to get into position. So many just jump from one to the next and they are three or four reps into it by the time I catch up.

Your stance would be a bit challenging for me at 65 years old. Will I get the same arm and shoulder results if my stance is more stable? Thank you, I love your pup 🐾
The best thing to do is to modify your stance. take legs slightly apart, knees, slightly bent and engage your core for the entire time. This will give you stability and balance, and we need to do is focus on those arms. 💪
I love your upper body and arm videos with weights! I feel so energized afterwards and the whole package of your exercises, calm voice, music and messages are exactly what I need. I'm 53 and wondering if it's necessary to do stretching before and after? I've just started and am using 2lb and 3lb weights. If stretching is necessary can you please recommend your best videos for that? Also can I do the arm/upper body weight lifting videos daily or must I leave a day in between for muscles to repair and build? Thank you!

I Am 73 and started to see my upper arms get creepy. Nothing like vanity to get me to exercise. I started with 5 pound weights a month ago and have just moved up to an 8 pound weight for my weak arm and a 5 kilo weight for my stronger arm. Love your videos for keeping me on track. Thank you .

I am 62 and I generally repeat 2-3 X’s. Lower the speed of video…as I have seen more improvement. Usually accompany with other exercise using bands. Thank you!
Wow, amazing strength! Is this also for men? I did this with my auntie but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but could not even finish the lesson as arms completely gave up. 😟 My auntie did the entire lesson using 8 lbs dumbbells! I feel really low and defeated.
Good morning🌻It is Sunday morning 8.40 AM in Holland. My first arm training with you! My arms need this. Lost all my muscles in 3 months when i got Hashimoto and it got worse from there. After 12,5 years i'm finally healthy enough to train again so, thank you for the short versions. It's perfect for me. I just turned 61 last Tuesday (still can't belief it) but i'm the type of girl that goes all in so i took 2 kg per arm. Feels greet! Proud of my body. Not finished yet. Going for a 10-15 minutes belly now. Because i also want to look fabulous again in underwear/ bikini :-). Enjoy your day and thank you!
I use 2lb weights, and I think I may need to go up to 3lb. Somehow the hardest part was the arm circles, the only one done without weights. Another workout added to my favorites list!
