I'm sure this has been pointed out already but just in case it hasn't, I and E on the cam sprockets stand for Intake and Exhaust. It is done this way so that one part fits both cams. The I slot goes on the pin on the Intake cam, the E slot goes on the pin on the Exhaust cam. Nice trick with the adjustable wrenches and vise grips btw, I'm definitely going to use that one.

Cheers, this really helped me. Plus you guys are hilarious. #DontTakeOutThe10Mills! I would say, though, you haven't included the crucial step when reapplying the timing belt of rotating the crank 1 and 5/6 turns to bring the belt slack round to the tensioner. I drove 100 miles sounding rougher and rougher and finally shredding the aux belt, presumably due to the inconsistent jiggling about. I was able to access the tensioner through the middle belt cover plastics without having to take everything apart again, rotated the crank, saw the slack come round to the tensioner and then fully release it to take up the slack. Maybe you assume people would know this and the video was mainly about the water pump, but maybe edit in a mention about it. But thanks for the help in general 👍🏻

You do have a/c. Just no belt to the compressor. Working on mine right now. 10 min here, 20 min there... i should be done in a couple of weeks. 😄

Awesome vid, did you hear the bad bearings on it whilst your engine was running? I can hear a metallic whirring sound which I think is my water pump. Going to be a job in a few weeks!

You did not add any gasket sealer on the corners of the valve cover joints. Why not? Nor did you replace the valve cover gasket . You put the old one back on without replacing it. And at 27;12 in the video you begin to see a threaded steel hose connected to nothing. What was that for?

Would be a better video if you just spoke and left that hideous music out of it.

Why the bloody awful music? Totally unnecessary!
