I got the opportunity to meet baremetalhw (won't say his name) at a toy show many years ago when I was maybe 12 or 13 (I'm 19 now). I was into customs and had watched EVERY one of his CZcams videos, when he'd mentioned he'd purchased a redline from a local toy show, I went out on a limb and dm'ed him to see what show. Just so happened to be the one in my town and turned out he was local. Seemed like a dream, we ended up meeting together at the next show and hung out all day. He brought a box full of cars that were featured on his channel, at that age it felt like a dream! At the end of the show he gifted me a mad max build that he'd done in one of his videos, absolutely made my day and I still have the car to this day in a box somewhere. Not sure if you'll see this but sir you truly were an inspiration to me, I hope all is well. 🤘🏻

I have a 67 mustang fastback has someone painted over it with model paint but the original color you can still see what your orange I have some other red lines as well that I like to get fixed or restored would you be interested

So, I am under the assumption that some of the wheels your method is not compatible with would include the old school two-piece redline wheels . . . because I don't think there is sufficient room to house one of those jewelry crimping beads inside of the wheel. If you know otherwise, please let me know.

I use Alloy R98, alow-mlet alloy made of tin, antimony, bismuth, and copper with some extra bismuth added. I cast in platinum cure two -part silicone molds. Some of my molds are 15 years old with hundreds of parts cast.

It appears My Old Car CZcams channel sounds like him, vocabulary and voice even by video editing (hence abrupt end). Let me know if I'm wrong or not

Have you ever tried this method with a laser printer?

If you can't find phosphoric acid for electro-polishing you can buy it as Ospho rust remover at any hardware store. That's ca 40% phosphoric acid solution and sufficiently concentrated for electro-polishing.

Hey buddy wered you go ive been watching since 2014 and still do im slowly getting into restoring redlines thanks to you i have all the tips and tricks to do so thank you man your a big part of my childhood wonderful work you've done and id love to get in contact with you i have a redline 1970 military police van that was taken apart with a screwdriver the base is probably unrestoreable but the rest including wheels should be fixable its covered in grey spray paint id love to see my car in one of your vids its my childhood dream thank you for an amazing ride dunno how I'd contact you considering that I'm still relaxing young but atleast I can try
