THIS is beyond stupid - but I like the bit with the new hyte cable thingie - more of that pls - but RGB and monitors inside my pc - waste of power, braincells and cobber. I mean its pretty and I will look, but never own - still miffed that I have to pay more for non rgb non windowed components...Thats just wrong, and yes I get is the free market...

I had the same issues with a mag b650 tomahawk wifi worked great first two days and then ran a game of cod black screen couldn't recover had to restart and red ram light came on while attempting to post went to one stick posted. Went back to 2 sticks and posted went to mem test and failed FYI board was bought on 4/28/24

My current case is a Hyte one (Y70T SW) and so was my previous (Y60 B/W). So it's quite fair to say I like what they're doing. Seeing how all the peripherals integrate I can easily see why they had to delay the Q60 release. From what Jay showed it's quite possibly the best and most seamlessly integrated ecosystem for fans and RGB strips I've seen to date. I've done multiple builds in the Y40 and Y60, and my own personal build in a Y70T. And I've seen the iterative improvements from the Y60 to Y40 to the Y70, they're things you really only pick up on when you're doing multiple builds in those cases with different parts. The Y60 top-mount radiator bracket was annoying as was the case cable routing with the Y60 and those gripes were gone with the Y40 and further refined in the Y70. I've found the Y70 to be the easiest of the Hyte cases to wire manage. Hyte has found their niche in the market and they're not afraid to cater to it. The Q60 from what I've seen is quite divisive among people. Many thinks it looks silly, and it has rather limited compatibility compared to a lot of AIOs. It shows Hyte isn't afraid of making a product that is more or less tailored to their own cases (Y40 and Y60). I do however find the Nexus faces (the screen portion for the Y70T and Q60) to still need refinement, customization isn't quite at the level I'd like. And the UX can feel rather clunky at times. So the Q60 I'll pass on for the time being; waiting for a 360mm version but those FP12 fans are looking quite nice.

As a computer consultant I can say most of what you say is BS. I'm not going to argue with you but where did you get your degree in computer science? Norton Utilities ( not the scanner) is still a viable option for low end PC maintenance. Use Malwarebytes to scan for trojans etc. It's that easy..in my experience for 45 years most people don't even use a professional level virus cleaner. NO, I do not use Norton Anti-Virus, McAfee ( a joke ).

Some problems can just bee too much to man handle. Seek God. All kind of medical problems seems to be "the new normal" now, but there is reason for all this, and there is a way.

I'm not a gamer nor well versed in the behind-the-scenes stuff that goes on in a PC and all of your videos, even though I like them, are way beyond me. I'm just a guy who plays Virtual Pool, watches youtube, emails, and surfs the web. I'm guessing, but I think my PC use is average for over 95(?)% of those with a PC. Thanks for the videos on the shady side of PC software and manufacturers.

Use Linux with un-Googled Cromium, no problrms, I recommend Linus Mint, MATE desk top, or move to LMDE which is on the same page.

I don't even consider myself a "PC gamer. I don't have the money for a super high end machine. That said, I mostly play older games and indie games now, and Steam is a godsend for that. Steam, combined with emulation, and the ability to mod games, makes PC the clear winner IMO.

It's videos like these, and previous experience with programs mentioned in them, that made me come up with the idea of getting a macro keyboard. Unplug from internet. Use the random password generator (Yes I know) and generate as strong a password as allowed. Close generator though I should probably have uninstalled and cleaned my system. Copy paste password to notepad and change some of the characters. Use macro creator to input username and password along with the appropriate number of tabs and enters needed. One button login to financial websites that are hopefully more secure than storing login information on your browser. Too bad macro keyboards are no longer the in thing. And also too bad I can't afford a peripheral at this point in time.

I need a windows tablet, and the Lenovo Go has more power than any of them. No reason to get a Surface for work when this is only slightly more and small.

$500dls for a pc that runs at 1080p 60fps is dificult to achieve on modern games this days, and this console generation is actually targeting 60fps 4k on high settings, even ultra in some cases, I dont know if you really know how the consoles are actually performing nowadays or no, but man, a pc at 1080p medium settings and 60fps CANT look better than the the targeted specs I mentioned in consoles this days.

So true about eu and no carpet lol 😂 Yes i do have carped, but only at a small space, living room. Its a 4 by 4 meter carpet to keep the feet warm. 90% of the house, no carpet. Carpet is a bad idea in the eu because of the large amount of dirty weather and carpet is harder to clean. So leave the shoes at the door, and keep the house clean. Its about being efficiënt in house care and making cleaning more easy.

I don’t know if this is helpful to anyone but I’m very got a 5950X in a ASUS Crosshairs Hero VIII and I have had REPEATED issues when transferring large files, utilizing creative software (UE5, Blender and Affinity Designer specifically). I had what I assumed to be a drive failure of an M.2 until I placed it in my Intel 13900K remote rig to just see…and it worked. Each time I got a blue screen on the AMD rig I looked at the Event Log and found the SAME code basically stating it’s an AMD communication issue with the TPM (yes this is probably a motherboard discrepancy…maybe). Also get the same repeated Event Log ID for Memory and Power related issues. I’ve swapped the RAM and have replaced the PSU. Issues persist. I had a 3900X before hand and didn’t have any issues with it at all. So I swapped it in…ISSUES HAVE GONE. I know my CPU isn’t a x3D model but I have highly considered returning to Intel since the release of Ryzen and my first 1700 with them. I can’t keep giving up my work days trying to troubleshoot a problem and ordering parts.

I see a lot of builds that seem designed to be photographed and benchmarked, and that's it.
