    Thank you sooo much I have been stuck in my flyaway for almost two years. I have done them many times before but have always been scared then one practice I hit my feet on the bar and that just about did it for me. I did it at my competition and I was so happy. But when I got back I still couldn’t do it , it seems like my coaches have just given up on me so I started getting stressed and crying in my room until I saw this video. So thank you so much for telling me this It has helped me so much.

    It’s also SUPER annoying when someone asks you if you can do a flip and you say “yah” and they will tell you to do one but you say that you’re in a classroom and you will get in trouble but then they don’t believe you

    My daughter is 12 and doing gymnastics for a while but her arms are not very strong. Today her teacher made her lift some very heavy weights to the point where the teacher had to my old the weights to help her lift! I was living because any good teacher should know les weights more reps versus heavy weights she can’t even lift and could pull a muscles. I had my daughter subscribe to your page so she can learn some of your techniques to get better
