- Crush an intense 22 minute full body tabata hiit workout with me today! The format is 4 minute circuits alternating between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. We target all parts of the body - arms, abs, legs - and your heart rate will be up the whole time so this is definitely cardio as well! Torch calories and get strong and confident with me :)
