  • Here's a quick, effective 12 minute ab & core workout! It incorporates ab, back, and cardio moves, and it switches between standing and mat abs. Tone and strengthen your ab muscles and feel good! You can even try this as a "7 day ab challenge". It requires no equipment at all, you can do it at the gym or your home, and is easy to follow along to. Hope you like it!
    I am an 18 year old year ex-level 9 gymnast! I started gymnastics at age 11, but I'm now in college and interested in fitness!! I am posting workout & stretch videos on this channel that you can do right in your own house. Come back for more videos and please subscribe :)
