  • Try out this 17 minute weighted ab workout for a strong and defined core! You can do this at home or at the gym - it only requires 2 dumbbells (the weight you use is your choice)! Follow along with me as we do exercises to strengthen and tone your abs, back, and upper body (and a few moves also work the legs). Let's have fun, work hard, and sweat!!
