  • Do this quick, intense 15 minute leg workout with only dumbbells! You can do it at home or at the gym because just minimal equipment! You can also do it without weights if you need. We do all different exercises - it is a no-repeat workout! Have fun with me, build muscle, burn calories, and feel good!

    I literally love these workouts sm but do u think u could do a no jumping HIIT workout if possible?

      Thank you! I have a 30 minute low impact Hiit if you haven’t seen that yet! It is full body Hiit and no jumping :)

    Great quick workout! I have the hardest time doing hamstring curls and keeping the weight between my feet. Any tips? Thanks for the workout! Keep it up:)

      Thank you! Agh I know that can be hard sometimes! I definitely recommend doing it with sneakers on and then just try all different positions and angles of gripping the weight lol. Trial and error! Good luck, hope it works!
