- Try this great 30 minute low impact full body cardio workout! There's no jumping at all, it's HIIT, and targets the whole body - arms, legs, glutes, abs! We have a 4 minute warm up and then go 4 minutes on and 30 seconds off. It also uses no equipment, so you can do it at home anytime at all.
I am an 18 year old year former level 9 gymnast! I started gymnastics at age 11, but I'm now in college and interested in fitness!! I am posting workout & stretch videos on this channel that you can do right in your own house. Come back for more videos and please subscribe :)

I need to lean my back handspring any tips
Savannah Leite I have three tips for you 1. You've gotta remember it's basically just a back limber with a little bit of a jump in it 2. Make sure that you're going to very powerful arm swing in a very high jump 3. A fear tip is go in your backyard look backward until you see the fence and then jump when you see the fence. I really hope these tips help you!😉
