  • Hey all! Here's a 5 minute intense ab workout :) It is follow along, and you can do this at home, with no equipment, and it'll only take 5.5 minutes out of your day. Do it on its own or add it to the end of your longer workout! These moves will tone up your stomach, burn belly fat, and keep your muscles strong.
    I am an 18 year old year ex-level 9 gymnast! I started gymnastics at age 11, but I'm now in college and interested in fitness!! I am posting workout & stretch videos on this channel that you can do right in your own house. Come back for more videos and please subscribe :)
