- Do this 10 minute yoga routine to get a full body stretch as well as focus on your mind and breathing! I love the balance of working our bodies AND minds, and this is a perfect and quick way to do so. You can do this follow along routine when you first wake up, at the end of the day, after a workout, or anytime at all!
