- Try this quick 7 minute stretch to work on gaining flexibility, opening your hips, recovering your muscles, and getting your straddle/middle split to the floor! These all help release tension and improve your flexibility. Do this a few times a week for the greatest results (every day is even better!), and stay consistent. You'll see progress soon! Touch your nose to your knee? That’s not great advice. It encourages you to arch your back. Better to aim for the shin. Great routine apart from that though.
