  • Try this quick 7 minute stretch to work on gaining flexibility, opening your hips, recovering your muscles, and getting your straddle/middle split to the floor! These all help release tension and improve your flexibility. Do this a few times a week for the greatest results (every day is even better!), and stay consistent. You'll see progress soon!
