  • Do this 15 minute upper body workout for a toned back and arms! All exercises are bodyweight, so this is no equipment and can be done at home. We do a warm up, 2 circuits, a burn out, and cool down.
    I am an 18 year old year ex-level 9 gymnast! I started gymnastics at age 11, but I'm now in college and interested in fitness!! I am posting workout & stretch videos on this channel that you can do right in your own house. Come back for more videos and please subscribe :)

      You can do it as often as you want! I usually do arms about 2x a week.

    I broke my finger a week ago so I can't do upper body workouts now. Looking forward to doing it when my cast is taken off!

      bar 002 there’s some one handed exercises you can do, maybe try that if it’s safe! Or planks on elbows?

      DM-audioswaps Yes, elbow planks are a great idea for this! Also the snow angels and any of the pulse exercises I did in this workout would work!
