- Do this 15 minute upper body workout for a toned back and arms! All exercises are bodyweight, so this is no equipment and can be done at home. We do a warm up, 2 circuits, a burn out, and cool down.

How many times a week should I do this?
You can do it as often as you want! I usually do arms about 2x a week.
I broke my finger a week ago so I can't do upper body workouts now. Looking forward to doing it when my cast is taken off!
bar 002 there’s some one handed exercises you can do, maybe try that if it’s safe! Or planks on elbows?

DM-audioswaps Yes, elbow planks are a great idea for this! Also the snow angels and any of the pulse exercises I did in this workout would work!
