SPLIT STRETCHING Routine!

Here is a stretching routine to either get your splits or stay flexible in your legs!!! I do a follow along routine that loosens up all the muscles you need to get your split down to the ground. It is only 6 minutes and will have you feeling flexible, refreshed, and relaxed afterwards. Do it every day and you will have your splits in no time.

Thank you so much for coming back and also for this particular routine. When I first got my splits I was so happy about my progress until I realized that it's maybe easier to get them than to keep them. And I have never got so far that I wouldn't feel the pain in the full split. But now I am super motivated to get there!
