SPLIT STRETCHING Routine!

- Here is a stretching routine to either get your splits or stay flexible in your legs!!! I do a follow along routine that loosens up all the muscles you need to get your split down to the ground. It is only 6 minutes and will have you feeling flexible, refreshed, and relaxed afterwards. Do it every day and you will have your splits in no time.
I am an 18 year old year ex-level 9 gymnast! I started gymnastics at age 11, but I'm now in college and interested in fitness!! I am posting workout & stretch videos on this channel that you can do right in your own house. Come back for more videos and please subscribe :)

Thank you so much for coming back and also for this particular routine. When I first got my splits I was so happy about my progress until I realized that it's maybe easier to get them than to keep them. And I have never got so far that I wouldn't feel the pain in the full split. But now I am super motivated to get there!

Can you still do your old gymnastics skills? I'm just wondering because I'm in college now and I lost most of them. That's so sad😓
