My shoulders have issues so i am not able to do the hanging leg raises at this time but i can do leg raises supporting myself on parallel bars. I am only 64 years old, so young. It will take time. Probably too advanced for most people, as most still don't brace their core, tuck and squeeze the glutes, make shoulders and hips go down together as one, let alone keep their elbows in and not chicken wing them. That said, it is probably better to first learn the scapular control in isolation, doing just scap push-ups alone. Just plank while doing scap protraction and retraction.

Fantastic advice in general, but there is one assumption that may not be accurate, not everyone wants continuous gains. I'd be quite happy getting to a good level and just maintaining.

I spent almost a year doing push-ups wrong. I used to place my hands at ear-level and do them. I could do about 60, with a lot of struggle. I corrected my form and it went down to 30.
So: 1 cat/camel 2 dog-bird 3 child to cobra 4 Glute bridge With these you have everything you mentioned (except your arms are up instead of down when doing the on the knees hug pose)
Found out ive been doing accidental perfect pushups for 3 years
I feel like this is only possible with certain weight limits, no matter how jacked you are. Pushing 240lbs plus off the ground using mostly core strength is diabolical. How much do the guys in the video weigh. This is just a guess for me, I’m working on it but because of genetics I’m not getting under 235-240 lbs
I am currently in between Intermediate and advanced. Trying to become advanced within a year or so... wish me luck

Partial reps are not a mistake. You can totally do partials to build strength in a precise portion, ideally where it's harder for you to build up strength and be able to do a complete pull-up.
Yeah, I dunno man lol. I've been using the hotwave pushup board for a year now and never had joint problems from it. The only side effects were a broad chest, bigger arms and back 😆
