WALKING ALOT!! I can’t stress that enough! When I started walking daily, gradually building up to minimal 10,000 steps a day and more, I lost a lot of my visceral fat first and then my subcutaneous fat after around my belly, plus INTERMITTENT FASTING! 👍👍😎😎

for how long? i have belly fat, a little double chin, fat around my chest (pecs) but i am still skinny at a normal weight of 168-172 at 5’9

What do you think of weighted calisthenics warm up sets? Like the actual working set is a 20kg dip but for the first set its bodyweight, then second set is 10kgs, 15kgs dip then 20 for the working set. Is it safer long-term or after a simple warmup, we can head straight to the 20kg dip?

I've been going to the gym for 2 years. I've lost weight everywhere except my belly. According to the scale I'm at a very healthy weight but I still want to lose that extra fat. I've gained muscle as well but that belly weight simply won't come off.

I'm on my second round of the Home Workout Program and I'm doing better than my first go at it, but the EMOM workouts I'm at the moment still get me breathless and I find myself struggling to get ready in time for the next exercise. Do you have any breathing videos to help with that?
You need better conditioning. The best exercise would be cardio and interval training in general

Hey guys I got one question for you which concerns about bar. The one that Im using is not static (its hanging on two ropes from the tree branch) which means that it is swinging and I wonder if it has any negative effects? Personaly I think that its not that bad because it forcing me not to use any momentum when performing pull-ups.
The isometric mouth close works every time.
Less food and more move = the only one and 100% working routine, without any other bullshit and hassle.

So far throughout my fat loss journey, I have made general progress everywhere else other than my belly.
But it's good, my knees and elbows look and feel leaner, and feel bonier; My arms and legs got slightly more definition; and so on.
I hope to see my abs someday.
#1 exercise to lose ab fat is squads. It employs the biggest muscles in your body and moves a large weight over about halve your body length. I dont know any exercise that more efficiently consumes calories and builds muscles
