@@Yuzo_jr Sure. I purchased their Complete Calisthenics Program, so I can only speak about that. First of all, the program is extremely well-structured, it is divided into five different levels, which are further divided into levels. Each exercise in each level comes with a detailed explanation of how to perform it and possible progressions/corrections. The explanations are clear and to the point, but they never leave out important details. And as others have pointed out, they don't just teach you how to do something, but also what NOT to do, which is extremely important especially when doing advanced exercises for the first time. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the program as a whole. It has helped me greatly.
@@christianfarina3056ditto to this I purchased the same program and it's amazing how many exercises where my form was off and correcting it made a huge difference. The instructional videos are excellent.
I really miss these long detailed videos. THANK YOU Calisthenicmovement. I enjoy the type of video that is packed with useful information. The efforts of making such a video are highly appreciated.
I've been working out for 3 years and I still consider myself a beginner because there is always something to learn. If I think of myself as an intermediate or advanced I stop learning stuff. And THANK YOU SO MUCH for this information.
Great job. Excellent instruction. The key in good teaching is not just teaching what to do, but also what not to do. Very well done. And the app is a great bonus. I’ll get it now.
Guys your videos are simply awesome. I love the desaturation effect when showing wrong posture and the increase of saturation back to normal with correcting it. Thats such a good choice.
6:07 I love that you always show pragmatic and down-to-earth alternatives in your videos :) Also thanks for all the work you guys put in here, and congrats to the 4M Subscribers!
Subscribed! This channel is now my main go-to tips for correct and proper exercises. I am a cinematic/trailer/Adv. composer and I smoke nicotine like hell. I am quitting starting from today and it's time to get back to sport and good moods. On top of all that, knowing that epidemic sound placed this music in this video made me love the channel even more 😁 Keep growing this channel guys! I AM IN!
The plank one was really helpful even though I've been doing it for years. I never really focused on the shoulder blades and no one ever corrected me on that.
I started running after the first year of the pandemic to get out of the house and do something more with endurance. Previously I did indoor cycling class and resistance training but running gave me PURPOSE more than anything else. I never lost a single pound even after my two marathons but that was never the goal. All my life I hated running but now I am going for my 3rd marathon and the training for it is the best therapy to deal with 4 teenagers.
Excellent video, guys. Could you please make a video about your view of what makes a beginner, intermediate and advanced calisthenics athlete? It'd be great if you guys could standardize the meaning of those categories with some exact numbers on movements, like pushups or pull ups, and skills, like planche or one arm pushup, for example. Keep 'em coming! You're the best.
Thanks for the advice! Since starting the At Home Workout Program I've lost 20 pounds and I am making some gains with muscle but the gains are probably only small because I didn't start off with the right kind of nutrition for one and I've been guesstimating my macros and calories for another. Truthfully speaking, their nutrition program that I bought along with my program needs some more work because I was expecting something similar to MyFitnessPal, but what I got just left me confused on how to tell how many macros and calories are in what I'm eating for lunch and dinner.
If you get knee pain from running, chances are (not always, but a lot) that the cause is not properly incorporating strength training in your routine. All runners need strength training for injury prevention, but unfortunately a lot of runners find it very boring…
Trying To Correct My Posture 😊 Doing 70 Triceps Pushups , 50 Diamond Pushups , 30 Wide Hand Pushups , 30 Incline Diamond Pushups , 30 Decline Pushups , 40 Squats , 80 Reverse Pushups For Triceps .. Result Is Amazing Triceps Are Slight Bigger In Just 50 Days . I'm Doing Home Workout Without Equipment I'm 36 Virgin 😅 Weight Around 73 KG
I was following a program to increase my push ups and pull ups . But now I have some times pain in collar bone or shoulder. So is it due to repetitive stress or any other thing?
have you done some warm up before you start?, i've had this problem as well before, but after doing warm up, i feel much more better and that pain is actually decreasing, oh and also don't forget to do strecth after finishing your workout, it helps me to decrease the soreness.
@@noreqwanshazman4519 yeah! it can be the reason bcuz I thought that push ups are warm-up exercise. So i never thought of warming up specifically. Also I did cool down 30 mins after doing exercise.
Super video, super recommendations. 👍 The only remark is that the bar must be lifted strictly in a straight line, while you need to bring the shoulder blades together. With the movement shown in the video, it is very difficult to lift a lot of weight and the front deltoid will be heavily overloaded.
I got a question, the level of skill you two have is insanely high, but why the muscle doesnt seems to be as big or as rips? Is it because of the very low body fat or something?
my left shoulder arm/ shoulder is weak / hurts past 8 months .. and not healing on its own... any idea as to what nutrition can fix it? Cause I miss doing 20 push-ups a days. Now I can't even do 1.
See a physiotherapist. Once you know what the problem is there are tons of videos on youtube about exercises for rehabilitating/strengthening afflicted areas.
I keep saying this, but your programs were a game changer for my journey. I have learned so much. Keep up the great work guys.

This require full time dedication. Just for rich people who are plenty of free time and have anything else to worry about.
Wrong, you can achieve results with 3 x trainings sessions a week (90 minutes a session). That's 3 1/2 hours a week. Don't look for excuses.
