    If anybody has to force their chin over the bar, they are not getting full range of motion because you should be pulling towards your clavicle your chest your sternum or even lower

    • @Elrog3
      @Elrog3 Před 5 měsíci

      If you go lower than your sternum, you're doing a full muscle up at that point.

      Yeah I can't stand it when people angle their head back so their chin reaches the bar.
      GTFOH!
      Target is collar-bone, as you said.

    If you go to a park and people see you working out, a lot of out of shape men get that ego boost trying to outnumber your reps with their mediocre movements. I will offer my advice to them if their receptive to it, but other than that, sometimes you gotta let them learn the hard way, if they ever learn. 💀💀💀

    I love how he truly believes those are clean pull-upps. Still impressive to do 40 like that but those are definitely not clean lol.

      He never got chin over the bar. One excuse was he claimed he worked out already that day, 2nd excuse was it was for charity, $1000 for each to charity.

    I have purchased the "Body Transformation Bundle" and just finished the Basic program. It took me 200+ days. The improvements are gradual but solid. Now I am entering the Pro program that looks a bit scary but I will keep following the instructions. :-)

    The hypertrophy part doesn't apply to pull ups as the lower position is the stretched part of the muscle. Doing reps in that extended range is better than full rom according to recent research
