I used to be very slim with very little muscle mass until I started following these videos. It has been few months since I've started and I can see and feel the transformation.
I have to say that it's frustrating in the beginning when patience is necessary to train the nervous system and to grow enough strength and muscle mass for even doing proper basic movements such as push ups and pull ups.
Oh yes, please don't ignore mobility. It's very important.

Great video! I'm A long-time gym rat and have worked hard and almost mastered my nutrition program so that I walk around all year with a pretty darn good physique. During covid situation I have been for several times to do home workouts and have used my 15 lb dumbbells mixed with pure calisthenics like their stuff. I lowered my calories a couple hundred calories a day and, I have to say, I think I almost like my physique better doing these workouts combined with a slightly lighter diet. Anyway, no Joe, these basic exercises are amazing and can really have looking good if you can stop yourself from eating too many calories. I like how this guy rolled out the exercises and the plan looks great. Have fun everybody, let's go!

AWESOME content. I'm not an expert, but I believe this is a great ''non-traditionnal'' workout, as lots of your videos present.
BUT, this is SO good for functional skills. E.g. : when you do rock climbing, you don't just hit the wall for 10 power moves, then rest. Then another 10 power moves, then rest. Then you burn out your back in 10 minutes, you pack and go home.
You take your time. You change position, you rest while you figure out the next move. You move, and so on. You need core strenght, well-thought and efficient movement, mobility. And that's what that workout offers. Something that strenghten functionnal skills.
Thank you guys, but you all ready knew of this. ❤

1 pullup to 10 in just 1 month? Sounds like BS. You could probably do more from the start but you never pushed yourself.

I’m almost there. I am reforming around more body weight movements, but I can’t pull worth a darn yet. I will try the method you prescribe. Do one, rest, and so on…

Thanks for the videos guys! The input with the single rep concept is really great, but I'm wondering why you would choose 5 minutes Squat Jumps over let's say a Pistol Squat-Progression/Regression (where the maximum reps could also fall in the 10 rep range) when it should be perfect for muscle gains? Thanks! Hanjo

I don’t understand single reps why not do it all at once? I’m bit confused.

Hey CalisthenicMovement ! Because of Corona, I have to discontinue my Gym. And even the parks are closed. Can you please make a special video for gym goers like us who could save themselves from the withdrawal symptoms of not gyming, and which could be done in the home?

I love your channel but the plans are priced a bit too steep for me. However, the free videos on CZcams are great enough but we all have to plan it diligently ourselves. Thanks for the great content guys.

The confusion wether they are human or animation.... 💫✨🔥

  • @dazzasaussieadventures2896

I went through the pull-ups and dips without any issues. But the squat jumps are crazy! After the first minute, I had to break it down into segments of 10 reps. But I still couldn’t finish. My thighs have turned to jello!
