      I’ve been struggling with my weight all my life ,
      Always been on the borderline between fat and obese.
      I try to eat healthy food, I try to exercise
      The weight never seems to come off , or it comes off really slow , but if goes on really quickly
      I’m at my wits end

    I started drinking green tea before each training session since I started drinking different teas on a regular basis. This really changed my training. I feel more energy and motivation to finish the exercises. Glad to see It has a scientific reason for It. Great content as always Calimove!

    Breakfast: oats, fruit, black tea. Lunch: salads, legumes, rice and/or potatos. Snack: bananas and oats. Dinner: a small and flat integral bread with tomato and/or avocado. Female, 1.62m, 56-57 kg, farmer, +5kgs, mostly muscle, just on the last year just by using garden tools, calimove movility program, and plants as fuel. Really like this channel 😄👍👏

      Sir, you are right! I didn't count the nuts and seeds all my oats contain, plus the peanuts I usually snack. I checked on chronometer this example day and it is 45-50g. of plant protein. My doc says 0.66 g/kg is enough, roughly 40g for me, being the 0.8-0.9 to cover most population. Thanks for the feedback.

    For me I figured out that once my body got used to the same exercises over and over I was wasting my time. I found that once I changed my exercise routine every other week, I saw better results. And as the video said I had a good diet. Excellent video very informative and educational

      I ran into the same issue. Recently got myself a weighted vest also to step things up. Consuming sufficient calories in the day is the biggest challenge. Such a nuisance to have to constantly prepare food and try to develop an appetite.

      Peter Ende calisthenicsmovement is a business. They do more than just CZcams videos. They sell programs and even one on one personal training. I’m sure the income and traffic they get from CZcams could help purchase a nice house. I know they’re in Germany so Idk how real-estate is over there. But you can make quite a bit of cash from CZcams.

      I'm pretty sure it is a rented place. The environment of the house that you can see (e.g. the view from the terrace) looks very different (absolutely sure, even not the same country) from the environment of the location where they give their workshops (Leipzig, Germany). It is not uncommon to rent a place and shoot more than one video there. And it is also not uncommon to rent a place more than once to have larger shoots and always the same surroundings.

    In terms of putting this all together with other calimove morning routine videos, you should 1. Wake up and drink water; 2. Do a brief mobility routine to get blood flowing; 3. Eat small, carb focused food (rice cakes and honey); 4. Wait 30-60 minutes before workout; 5. Train; 6. Post workout meal. Man I need to wake up earlier...

      ~First try to do incline diamond and incline regular push up which you but your hand on elevated surface the higher of the surface the easier of the exercise
      ~2nd instead of this workout 3:55 just do pike push up or wall walk
      If you can't just do pike hold as far as you can
      ~split squat is alittle advanced so you can replace it with normal squat or reverse lunges until you are able to do split squat
      Do you still have any other problems with the rest of the workout?

      No, they arnt. At least not more so than ANYTHING since "beginners" actually means: lazy butts that stopped caring about their body at some point in their life and just neglected eating well and training.
      And if you want really "advanced": try them on rings and you see how hard it can be :P

    what do you guys think, of my circular muscle training: ~10 min warmup. 3-5 rounds, beginning with pull ups, the switching pushups, sit ups, body curls - all nonstop, then 1,5-2 minutes break and repeating so for more rounds. It gives you strength and improves cardio alot.

      It's a good point -- depends on where you live. In the EU and Japan for example salmonella from eggs is pretty much unheard of.

    I worked out religiously for 15 years and stopped for 5 years because of life reasons. It ended up being a blessing in disguise as I could use all my knowledge gained to build a way better, proper foundation of muscle. My chest definition is coming back better than ever when that used to be my weak point in lifting.
