I started drinking green tea before each training session since I started drinking different teas on a regular basis. This really changed my training. I feel more energy and motivation to finish the exercises. Glad to see It has a scientific reason for It. Great content as always Calimove!

Sir, you are right! I didn't count the nuts and seeds all my oats contain, plus the peanuts I usually snack. I checked on chronometer this example day and it is 45-50g. of plant protein. For me I figured out that once my body got used to the same exercises over and over I was wasting my time. I found that once I changed my exercise routine every other week, I saw better results. And as the video said I had a good diet. Excellent video very informative and educational
I ran into the same issue. Recently got myself a weighted vest also to step things up. Consuming sufficient calories in the day is the biggest challenge. Such a nuisance to have to constantly prepare food and try to develop an appetite.

I’m sure the income and traffic they get from CZcams could help purchase a nice house. I know they’re in Germany so Idk how real-estate is over there. But you can make quite a bit of cash from CZcams.
I'm pretty sure it is a rented place. The environment of the house that you can see (e.g. the view from the terrace) looks very different (absolutely sure, even not the same country) from the environment of the location where they give their workshops (Leipzig, Germany). It is not uncommon to rent a place and shoot more than one video there. And it is also not uncommon to rent a place more than once to have larger shoots and always the same surroundings.
In terms of putting this all together with other calimove morning routine videos, you should 1. Wake up and drink water; 2. Do a brief mobility routine to get blood flowing; 3. Eat small, carb focused food (rice cakes and honey); 4. Wait 30-60 minutes before workout; 5. Train; 6. Post workout meal. Man I need to wake up earlier...

what do you guys think, of my circular muscle training: ~10 min warmup. 3-5 rounds, beginning with pull ups, the switching pushups, sit ups, body curls - all nonstop, then 1,5-2 minutes break and repeating so for more rounds. It gives you strength and improves cardio alot.

@Wielino Jr. I got an arm joint dislocation in 2016 I couldn't rotate my forearm but by the time i made progress & these workouts have helped a lot!
