Chris Holmes mhm, I got so excited and did 100 squats, 100 sit ups, 100 pushups (but not non stop for the pushups, i did breaks for it) and only a few rounds of running. When i did saitama’s workout, it was then after so long, after years of feeling weak.. i felt strong for the first time.. and now this... ugh
Aviation Tim edited Make sure you train professionally. If you constantly work out, you’re going to keep breaking down your muscle fibers until you get seriously injured. I recommend at least 2-3 rest days per week. Also, nutrition makes up like 60% of your results, so make sure you are eating a lot and eating the right things (unless you’re trying to remove fat, in which case eat less). Finally, make sure you actually feel healthy. If one day you wake up and you feel exhausted or tired, then you know you need to rest, but if you feel good, keep pushing. Listen to your body and it will listen to you :). Good luck, King.

@@larrypotter2243 Thanks bro. I have some sexy muscle but also some extreme muscular imbalance with the hip flexors and bad posture which I never addressed for over 2 years
Simply, front (anterior) and rear(posterior) body muscle chain have to be equalised for proper posture, leading to adequate muscle engagement and optimised efficiency.
So what I'm hearing is add a lot more variables to the workout, but still keep the variables at the highest amount so you can still gain stress related alopecia, which in turn means Saitama strength.
Sure you somewhat know what you are talking about but when it comes to the sit-ups 1 back should be straight and feet should be supported 2 you keep your hands on your chest not pulling on your head I've been doing 100 sit ups a day for over a year and not had a problem with posture or back problems infact it's reduced my lower back problem (pain/ bad posture) and you are correct about pull ups being added to the routine for upper body posture.
Lol Saitama's training is possible. What the video meant is that if you're a beginner doing Saitama's training then its most likely more harming than gaining benefit from it
@@gogetablue7905 it’s not possible because recovery is a major aspect to exercise. Without it, you’ll experience no growth, and be prone to injuries and overall muscle fatigue.

@@bullymaguire1542 lol
I belive you would have catched him even if he went a 100km far.
Then it didn't work, because rather then flying, he'd actually explode
Perfect if you have bad little brothers xD
Who else just was sitting on a chair, couch or just lying down in bed saying i'm going to do this later.

Lol Saitama's training is possible. What the video meant is that if you're a beginner doing Saitama's training then its most likely more harming than gaining benefit from it
@@gogetablue7905 no one said it's not possible, it's really not that hard, but if you don't train ur back your gonna get injured my dude
@@ittah_2770 so how to train it by what before we go for this?
@@gogetablue7905 it’s not possible because recovery is a major aspect to exercise. Without it, you’ll experience no growth, and be prone to injuries and overall muscle fatigue.
@@Auvisome Yeah the exercises are easy but the running is the hardest part. Imagine running 10km every single day without a rest day
