I literally started today doing ten pushups during TV commercials, and as a boxing fan, I do ten pushups at the beginning of a new round for 12 rounds straight! Love the way you guys do pushups. I feel so strong right now with good form! Thanks guys!
Ngl, I’ve been doing the CaliMove tri-level 100-push-up challenge for several months now. It’s helped a TON with maintaining training consistency and blowing up my muscles. Good stuff. I highly recommend doing a “100 rep challenge for everybody” video for other muscle groups.
Hello Eleggs, I have been watching your channel since it had 2 lakh subscribers. I started to watch your channel to learn the handstand and now I can do one hand pushup, chin ups, and much more! Thank you very much if you are reading my comment.
I am working through planche currently so the video is not really for me , but it actually gave me so much information and knowledge i just think that this video is amazing well done and ty for your content
I absolutely love the paralletes push up variation because of the benefits of strengthening but as well as taking your shoulders through a deeper range of motion! It is definitely advanced but I’ve found that it Has great carry over into handstand push up strength!
Great vid! I'm currently looking for a weighted vest to help build more strength and muscle. Any recommendations? Also, I'm curious when you hit abs and lower back with a push, pull, legs split.
Hey there, for the workout plan, would having one push day focused on either endurance, strength or explosive and the other focused on building muscle be a good plan? Currently training via the push pull leg splits so I just wanted to get the best of both worlds.
Can I build my chest, shoulders, and triceps if I do just Dips, Push-Ups, Weighted Push-Ups, Elevated Deep Push-Ups, and Pike Push-Ups on a Push day with a PPL split? Should I add in some more like archer or diamond push-ups? I tried doing all these but, I could not complete them because it was too fatiguing and the soreness lasted 3 days when I added these and more too. I do push days like this 2x a week.
I wonder, for the "building muscle" part, should I do 1 set of shoulder, 1 of triceps and 1 of chest focused push ups or should I do 3 sets of each ? My routine so far has been 3 sets of whatever exercise I need to do, close to failure or completely to failure depending on how I feel. I do full body workouts with 1 rest day in between each.
What is your guideline as to how wide your feet must be when doing pushups? I see in your thumbnail that your feet are wide apart but in the first few seconds of this video your feet are pretty close
Guys, I’m on your site trying to sing up to the mobility program but it’s not going anywhere. I hit “get started” but it just takes me down the page a little to skill level part but there’s nothing to click.
The most important thing is good form. Regular push-up's if you are able to, and if not, then use your knees, and don't flare your elbows out too much. 45-deg out from your body and no more. Keep your core straight. Once you feel "the shakes" and start to lose form, stop. Rest 2-3 min and reset. What ever number of reps it takes you to get "the shakes", do 2 less than that. You'll be able to do more sets this way by staying away from failure on the sets. This in turn will get you used to keeping good form on each and every rep.
How to start with pushups if I can't do even a one push up from the knees? I work out almost every day + do a lot of yoga, but push ups are still impossible to do for me :-(
Try putting your hands on top of a couple of books to reduce the range of motion. You can also try doing dumbbell presses with light weights until you can manage a pushup.
Rests are important. But if your muscles aren't sore and if you maybe focus on different muscles each day (diamond push ups for more triceps etc.) it's possible to go without pause. I guess you can try what works for you
Hey brother, I've tried buying your program 3x now both with card and PayPal and it won't work. Just keeps saying error... I've been trying since last Friday, giving it 24hrs in between and nothing seems to work. I was really trying to take advantage of the discount too 😑
oh wow. i just tried 1 more time after i commented and it finally worked! excited to get started. after shoulder surgery ended my hockey career ive found it really tough to find something physically demanding that i enjoyed. i think this might be it!
Is it normal when you're doing bodyweight rows as a beginner and your body angle is low, it feels almost impossible to pull your body until my chest touches the bar?
By "low" do you mean "almost lying on the floor"? In that case, yes, perfectly normal. Try a higher angle to reduce the resistance until you adapt. Also, make sure you're pulling your elbows back to use the lats, and not just pulling the hands toward the chest, which is bicep-focused and thus weaker.
You need to slightly engage your full body to make it stiff like a plank. Doesn't mean squeeze every muscle group super tightly, just engage your whole body enough that you do not have flexion where you don't want flexion. If it's your feet that are moving around at the ankles, well then just squeeze your lower legs just enough so that it doesnt happen.

I believe you should focus on strenght and explosive exercises since jumping is one explosive move
When u reach failure do knee down push up

Do push ups with your hands on an elevated surface
Should tall 6'3" skinny folks with high metabolism like myself do pushups everyday? Or 1 day of rest in between?

You can train every day until you feel sore, have weak joints, or until your performance gets really weak

Yes it’s normal. If you can’t raise the height of the bar then bend your knees
Make sure you’re retracting your scapulae as much as possible.
Some people are unable to touch chest to bar just because of the way they are shaped, I’ve never been able to. I just pull as high as possible.
Kaun banega crorepati 😄

*Sorry, my english is bad
Yes, you can, it's no problem. Once you get better at Knee Push Ups, you can move on to more difficult exercises.
Progress is key. Good luck.

Knuckle push ups
All types of push ups(but mainly explosive ones)
One-arms, since you punch with only one arm at a time.
get stronger by doing a variety of exercises. Pushups are great but only go so far in terms of developing serious size and strength.....💪💪💪💪
