Flattened Rice (पोहा): 1 cup,
Garlic (लहसुन): 2-3 gloves,
Ginger (अदरक): small piece,
Chili (): as per taste,
Coriander (धनिया): 4-5 tbsp,
Chopped Fenugreek (कटी हुई मेथी): 2 cups,
Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज): 1 cup,
Coriander (धनिया): 1/4 cup,
Curry leaves (करी पत्ते): optional 5-6 tbsp,
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर ): 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर ): 1 tbsp,
Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर ): 1 tbsp,
Carom seeds (अजवाइन): 1/4 tsp,
Sesame seeds (तिल): optional 2-4 tbsp,
Curd (दही): 2 tbsp,
Sorghum flour (ज्वार का आटा): 2 tbsp,
Finger millet (रागी का आटा): 2 tbsp,
Chickpea flour (बेसन): 4 tbsp,
Salt (नमक): as per taste,
Oil (तेल): 2 tbsp,
Oil for shallow fry (शैलो फ्राई करने के लिए तेल ): 4-6 tbsp,
*** For Chutney (चटनी के लिए)
Cumin (जीरा): 1/2 tbsp
Roasted Bengal Gram (भुना हुआ चना दाल): 4 tbsp,
Garlic (लहसुन): 1-2 gloves,
Salt (नमक): as per taste,
Coriander (धनिया): 1/2 cup,
Mint (पुदीना): 1/4 cup,
Lime (नीबू,): 1/2 squeeze,
Little Water (थोड़ा पानी): 3-4 tbsp,
***Please Note***
***While kneading a batter don't use water (घोल गूंथते समय पानी का प्रयोग न करें)***
***Shallow fry on low to medium heat (धीमी से मध्यम आंच पर शैलो फ्राई करे)***
***Don't use high flame pakora will not cook inside (तेज़ आंच का उपयोग न करें वड़ा अंदर नहीं पकेगा)***
