    Ingredients:
    Sorghum flour (ज्वार का आटा): 2 cups,
    Semolina (सूजी): 1/4 cup,
    Curd (दही): 1/4 cup,
    Water (पानी): 1 cup (If required add more 2-4 tbsp, keep the batter semi-thick consistency)
    Finely chopped onion (बारिक कटा हुआ प्याज): 1/2 cup, OR as per choice,
    Finely chopped cabbage (बारिक कटा हुआ पत्ता गोभी): 1/2 cup, OR as per choice,
    Finely chopped capsicum (बारिक कटा हुआ शिमला मिर्च): 1/2 cup, OR as per choice,
    Finely chopped spinach (बारिक कटा हुआ पालक): 1/2 cup, OR as per choice,
    Grated carrot (कद्दूकस की हुई गाजर): 1/2 cup, OR as per choice,
    Salt (नमक): as per taste,
    Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा): 1/2 tsp,
    Oil (तेल): as per requires,
    Sesame seeds (तिल): optional as per required,
    ***Please Note:
    Please use fresh sorghum flour don't use old flour more than 15 days old (कृपया ताजा ज्वार के आटे का उपयोग करें, 15 दिन से अधिक पुराने आटे का उपयोग न करें)
    Keep the semi-thick batter, not too thick not too runny (बैटर आधा गाढ़ा रखें, न ज्यादा गाढ़ा, न ज्यादा पतला)
